Our family has bought many Honda's from Bianchi over the years Recently purchased the new 2027 Honda Passport, after months of looking at the 2026's. Working with Mike Weese is always a great experience, did everything online via emails. He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right, without the typical "car salesman" pressure. Mike (sales) and Corey (F&I) got me the best rate (beat everything i found online myself) , and Josh in used cars got me the price I wanted on my trade. This team made the experience quick and ez and without stress. Drove in, did paperwork, drove home all in about 2 hours Highly recommend Mike, Corey for all your Honda needs.

Looking to purchase a new vehicle, and anxious about the process, I watched many YouTube videos for consumer guidance, slowly building my confidence to approach any dealership. Focusing on Honda Ridgeline, also anxious about this final Model year coming to an end, I made the leap and found a VIN that I was interested in at MotorWorld Honda. Making a cold call, Salesperson Nami Delgado answered the phone. As he listened to me go on about my internet searches, I explained there were some "really nice guys" out there helping consumer. Nami jumped on the opportunity, exclaiming "I'm a REALLY nice guy", and could I come in today to see the vehicle? I made an appointment for the following day at 1pm, which worked in everyone's favor, as I had time to think and bond with that particular VIN, nearly ready to purchase by the time I arrived onsite. Not only did Nami deliver on being "a really nice guy", but he led me from "interested" to "purchased". Nami Delgado has 40 more years of being a really nice guy, and MotorWorld is lucky to have him.

Had an 11:00 service appointment for state inspection. Jennifer Bross had everything lined up when I arrived at drive thru. I went to the showroom and was pleasantly greeted and asked if I needed anything. Took my time looking at all the new models and before I knew it, Jennifer located me and told me what I needed. Not long after that my car was ready and I was on my way. Granted, I have a 2019 CRV with 32K, and I didn’t expect anything major today,but the way I was treated always keeps me coming back. Luciano was my car salesman. Luciano listened to what I wanted and didn't want in a vehicle. I also gave him a price range I wanted to stay in. I also mentioned wanting the best interest rate on purchasing a used car. Most of us customers don't know what we need and want. I had an idea in mind a good sales person listens understands and go off the starting point. I went for a car and ended up with a 2022 HR-V 5 door AWD sport. I absolutely love Honda. Luciano didn't care how many cars I test drove. He sat giving me car fax information and details on each vehicle. I also wanted a gps feature since the law came into effect we can't hold our cell phones. So we stepped up into a newer car with safety features gps plus with low mileage. I appreciated Luciano meeting my requirements for purchasing a vehicle and his calm nature . He also saved me money on my car insurance with all the safety features the vehicle has. It's a win win when a sales person genuinely cares about his customers. It's a win win for the company and Luciano more customers will come just for his and his knowledge patience. George sold me 2 warranties explaining the importance and benefits. George also showed me around the Honda dealership . Luciano and George made sure I was comfortable while waiting to finalize my purchase. After finishing my purchasing agreement Luciano left to fill my vehicle with gas. Luciano walked out to a washed waxed and clean inside of the vehicle done by employees at the dealership. I was floored how clean and extra they took into my purchase. Luciano went over different features on my vehicle explaining where everything was again. it was a good experience I will be back. Luciano I will tell everyone what a fantastic sales person you are.
