Was shopping for a CRV hybrid. They did not have one on the lot, by Allen let us test drive a similar SUV. We liked the car, so Scott Honda secured a blue CRV L. I picked up the car 5 days later. The process was smooth with both Allen and Eric. There was no changes to the initial agreement and the process took less than 1 hour.

Had an 11:00 service appointment for state inspection. Jennifer Bross had everything lined up when I arrived at drive thru. I went to the showroom and was pleasantly greeted and asked if I needed anything. Took my time looking at all the new models and before I knew it, Jennifer located me and told me what I needed. Not long after that my car was ready and I was on my way. Granted, I have a 2019 CRV with 32K, and I didn’t expect anything major today,but the way I was treated always keeps me coming back. We would recommend the dealership including Nick Behr, Corey and the rest of the team to everyone. Nick and Corey were knowledgeable and straight forward. They were so patient with us old people and Nick was so calming with all of the options that were on the new vehicle. We did not grow up with technology like the younger people. I suggested to Nick that he should do a YouTube to teach new car technology. Bianchi on Peach Street in Erie is the best from the owner on down. We would not buy anywhere else. The owner is the absolute best making people feel special and well taken care of with phone calls and email follow up on sales and service.
