When poor and cocky. When I asked to speak to the service manager he never got on the phone. So I will never purchase or service another car in this dealership.

Took my Cadillac there. Was towed there. I'm from across the state. First time got my car back had to have it towed there a second time, only 45 mins away from dealership. Then my car was there 6 weeks. They charged me for 3.5 hours labor. Called around the three other Cadillac dealers. They quoted me 1.5-2.5 hours labor. On of those were another Faulkner Cadillac dealers. They quoted me 2.5 hours labor. I was overcharged. Service manager kept saying. G.M. .forces them to charge 3.5 hours labor for the job. Alternator swap. Save your money,go anywhere else. It should have cost me another tow to have the work done somewhere else. I love 350 miles from dealership.

Gary gave us the best price from the get go.... no game playing... harassing calls... just straight forward numbers to decide from the beginning... Purchased a certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle that had several critical flaws that I learned of after taking delivery....including issues with tires and alignment! If you intend to consider a CPO purchase at Sutliff, strongly suggest you take it to an independent service center for their assessment before finalizing your purchase.

I like the car I purchased, but it didn’t come without problems. I needed items fixed under the warranty. Other items were not covered. I was forgot in the waiting room, while waiting for a ride to somewhere. It took 30 days to wait for a loaner vehicle. After I said a friend at Matt Burne Honda would lend me one, a loaner magically appeared. Not the kind of treatment you would expect as a Cadillac owner. I know how other dealers treat Cadillac owners. The woman behind the counter is not friendly in any way. I left a large personal item behind in the loaner car or the waiting area, but they say they can’t find it. They need to improve their customer service.
