I had a very disappointing experience with Bergey’s Cadillac in Plymouth Meeting. I was actively intending to purchase a 2022 Tesla Model X (VIN: 7SAXCBE56NF336270, Stock #: ECN3659A) and was told for weeks that the vehicle was delayed due to a “software update” and that timing would not be an issue. Based on those representations, I obtained a certified check, sold my vehicle, arranged transportation, and drove over five hours round trip to complete the purchase. Upon arrival, the vehicle immediately displayed an active air suspension fault. I was then informed that the car had actually undergone strut and suspension arm replacements, not just a software update, and that the issue remained unresolved. The vehicle also produced a rattle when coming off throttle. I was ultimately told the vehicle was deemed unsafe and could not be sold, which made the entire trip unnecessary. Additional undisclosed issues included a tear in the driver seat, non-functioning powered third-row seats, and a missing trunk cargo cover. These issues were not disclosed prior to my arrival, nor was I informed that the vehicle might be unsafe or not eligible for sale. I dealt directly with the salesperson Joe LaPenta and the Pre-Owned Manager Christopher P. DeNight. This experience resulted in significant wasted time, travel expense, and disruption — especially frustrating given that I sold my vehicle and am expecting a baby soon. Transparency and communication were extremely poor. I would not recommend traveling to this dealership based on my experience.

I recently purchased a vehicle that originally came from another Faulkner location, and the Cadillac team went above and beyond to help me through the process. From the moment I walked in, everyone was genuine, professional, and incredibly friendly. Erica, my salesperson, was absolutely wonderful — patient, upfront, and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. Ryan handled all the paperwork and warranty setup and made sure everything was explained clearly and done right. And a special shout-out to Mike in service, who gave my car a full inspection and even did an oil change while I waited. He caught a few issues the original selling dealer had missed, saving me time and stress. It’s rare to find a dealership that truly looks out for the customer, but Faulkner Cadillac absolutely does. Their honesty, kindness, and attention to detail earned my trust for good. I’ll definitely be back for future service — and my next car.

Took over 2 weeks to get my second key for my new truck. The. When we got our jeep the lady in finance ran my wife and my credit even tho I was the only one who signed to get a credit check. We had an appointment to see the jeep took them over 2 hours to get the jeep from Hermitage only 45 mins away. Then they had to deliver it to our house bc something they should of done the day before. I took my truck to get the second key programmed and had CEL. They said would take over 2 hours to just scan it. The. This all happened within a month span. Wish I could say I had a worse experience at a car dealer but this tops the chart for worse ever. Not they are dragging their feet to pay of my trade in.

I found a 2025 new car online at this dealership's website. Car on the lot. I called sales on phone to purchase. Confirmed trade in price with the salesman who checked with his manager that all was good. They even gave me the trade in price, and I gave new VIN to my insurance. Told salesman (A) that i would also be putting down $5,000 cash. We set a time and meeting day. I called to confirm our meeting the night prior and was told they had taken a deposit from a woman and I can have a very similar car to the one I had chosen. They never reached out, they never asked for a deposit (I offered as I was putting cash down), they tried to blame a new employee for being inept even though manager was involved. All in all a shady and DECEPTIVE dealership. I would avoid at all costs as there are so many other Chevy dealers in this area!

Took my Cadillac there. Was towed there. I'm from across the state. First time got my car back had to have it towed there a second time, only 45 mins away from dealership. Then my car was there 6 weeks. They charged me for 3.5 hours labor. Called around the three other Cadillac dealers. They quoted me 1.5-2.5 hours labor. On of those were another Faulkner Cadillac dealers. They quoted me 2.5 hours labor. I was overcharged. Service manager kept saying. G.M. .forces them to charge 3.5 hours labor for the job. Alternator swap. Save your money,go anywhere else. It should have cost me another tow to have the work done somewhere else. I love 350 miles from dealership.

Just purchased a brand new 2016 Cadillac srx.... I dreaded buying another car as I own another Cadillac 2014 XTS and here we go again with the torcher of buying another new car.... Dealt with Gary who is the head of sales for all of the Bowser stores and Michael at the Peters Twp.Cadillac store... Gary gave us the best price from the get go.... no game playing... harassing calls... just straight forward numbers to decide from the beginning... Everyone at that dealership treats you so nice and helpful no high pressure... no one could touch there price.... As soon as the warranty is up on the XTS I will be back for another car from them....
