Got my car back and then it was leaking antifreeze, took it back and they charged me $150 to diagnostic it. Refused to fix what they caused now my car is in non working order and will cost alot to fix it. Only 4 years old. I will never go to this dealer again and buy anything or have work done. More
Waked into the dealership and it was very calm and very friendly. Lisa was our salesperson and she let me test drive an Equinox, which is what I was interested in. She and her manager did work on finding me a car with the options I wanted since they didn’t have available what I wanted. Many dealerships were very low on their stock so they ordered exactly what options I wanted. I’m very happy with my new Equinox, with Lisa and the entire staff. It was nice not being pressured or feeling I wasn’t important to them. I will return to Mike Kelly Chevrolet-Cadillac, even though there is another Chevrolet dealership closer to me. More
They kept our car for 8 days to only put a new battery in it . We had to leave several messages but they rarely contacted us about what they were doing, if anything. The car sat there for a week, and they it . We had to leave several messages but they rarely contacted us about what they were doing, if anything. The car sat there for a week, and they never offered a rental car or any word of what was going on. Very poor way to handle a business. We will not buy another car there. They used covid and the shortage of parts and short of help as an excuse. How long does it take to return a call and tell you what's up with your car? A week, I guess. It should take less than a half hour to change a battery and hook it up to a monitor to check for any other issues. They do that all the time at advance auto. More

They give you the run around im convinced not one person there knows whats going on or just doesnt care about their customers! Its now to the point it broke down and it was towed there and there it sits until they get to it! They have been trying to fix my jeep for almost a year and now im left with no car or rental for atleast a week! What they get away with is sickening! More
The service department is hands down the best. Always greeted with a smile. It’s nice to see all women in the service department. Denise, Kristen, and Janine are always a pleasure! greeted with a smile. It’s nice to see all women in the service department. Denise, Kristen, and Janine are always a pleasure! More
We’ve been looking at a certified used vehicle for many weeks, went to purchase and we were told by the General Sales Manager in a very unprofessional manner that the price posted on the internet was wron weeks, went to purchase and we were told by the General Sales Manager in a very unprofessional manner that the price posted on the internet was wrong. Even though the website showed the specs, vin number and stock number with the “Kelly Price”. The price posted in the car on a sales tag was even less than what same unprofessional General Sales Manager states what the price was. We drove 3 hours two times to look at this car. Very unprofessional General Sales Manager, who didn’t even say goodbye or try to offer the competitive posted price. He was too busy on the phone discussing the issue in front of us with whomever was on the phone. Very shady pricing with different prices given, one being the internet price that is still on the internet, a $4,000 increased price that the General Sales Manager gave us and then a $2,000 different price on the sales tag in the car. True meaning to used car salesman. More
Looking for a GREAT used vehicle? Be sure to ask for Jeff Elkhalili. He is fantastic. Very patient and is sure to find the right fit for you! We weren't certain what type of vehicle Be sure to ask for Jeff Elkhalili. He is fantastic. Very patient and is sure to find the right fit for you! We weren't certain what type of vehicle we wanted when we started looking. Jeff listened and is willing to please at any cost. After finding the right fit, he took our low bid into the sales mgr Joe Zupancick, great military man, and we struck a good deal! We couldn't be more please with our car being certified, thank you, let alone having the paint shop repair a gouge in the vehicle. It fixed at their cost. (The paint shop was great to work with, and did a beautiful job,). Jeff made sure to put us into a very nice vehicle while our suv was being fixed. As I said before, Jeff goes the "extra mile". Even giving me a full tank of gas in the loaner vehicle. I can't say enough good about this great team! 5* Rating! More
