We’ve been looking at a certified used vehicle for many weeks, went to purchase and we were told by the General Sales Manager in a very unprofessional manner that the price posted on the internet was wron weeks, went to purchase and we were told by the General Sales Manager in a very unprofessional manner that the price posted on the internet was wrong. Even though the website showed the specs, vin number and stock number with the “Kelly Price”. The price posted in the car on a sales tag was even less than what same unprofessional General Sales Manager states what the price was. We drove 3 hours two times to look at this car. Very unprofessional General Sales Manager, who didn’t even say goodbye or try to offer the competitive posted price. He was too busy on the phone discussing the issue in front of us with whomever was on the phone. Very shady pricing with different prices given, one being the internet price that is still on the internet, a $4,000 increased price that the General Sales Manager gave us and then a $2,000 different price on the sales tag in the car. True meaning to used car salesman. More

We weren't certain what type of vehicle we wanted when we started looking. Jeff listened and is willing to please at any cost. After finding the right fit, he took our low bid into the sales mgr Joe Zupancick, great military man, and we struck a good deal! We couldn't be more please with our car being certified, thank you, let alone having the paint shop repair a gouge in the vehicle. It fixed at their cost. (The paint shop was great to work with, and did a beautiful job,). Jeff made sure to put us into a very nice vehicle while our suv was being fixed. As I said before, Jeff goes the "extra mile". Even giving me a full tank of gas in the loaner vehicle. I can't say enough good about this great team! 5* Rating! More
My salesman was great and continues to check on my satisfaction with the vehicle. The service department here is terrible. I hope they realize how they cost their salespeople future sales and return satisfaction with the vehicle. The service department here is terrible. Will not go back to Kelly Automotive group for anything, stereotypical dealership that does not care one bit about customer satisfaction once the $20,000+ deal is done. More
Don't waste your time. Purchased my car used from this dealership. I should have known from the shady negotiation tactics to walk away because that shadiness extends throughout the business. Dealing with them has been a NIGHTMARE from the start. The car was FILTHY (found what I assume to be the previous owner's balled-up sock in the console!) when I picked it up. They had it for over a week to try again and it was only slightly better. (Think Armor-All spray that wasn't wiped off running down the interior, cigarette ashes in glove box and pet hair.) I was in tears when I called them and begged them to take it back. Of course they wouldn't and offered me a free oil change. (insert eye roll.) Took it in for service on my brakes that were squeaking. Was told the brakes were fine and they greased some part to make it stop squeaking. A week later I took it somewhere else to learn that not only were my brake pads non-existent, but I needed rotors too. AND, that the part they told me they greased doesn't even exist on my vehicle! The service department is basically open bankers hours making it impossible for working people to have their car serviced. I am now looking for a dealership that appreciates its customers and works with them to resolve issues, not be a source of further frustration. If I never have to deal with them again, it will be too soon. More

Once we buy the car and leave the lot they don’t care about us any more. Sad especially when this was our third vehicle we bought from them. There won’t be a 4th. More
Warranty work I made an appointment for my 2016 Cadillac with 15,000 miles. The sunroof and sunroof shade is malfunctioning and making a horrendous noise...sometim I made an appointment for my 2016 Cadillac with 15,000 miles. The sunroof and sunroof shade is malfunctioning and making a horrendous noise...sometimes not closing at all. Obviously it is warrantied work. But they can’t give a loaner vehicle until it is determined “under warranty”...really??? Any other dealership would give a vehicle to use until problem is resolved...but under their “new policy” they can’t...I have had other Chevrolet vehicles...gmcs...land rovers...and always have had no problem getting a loaner to get me to and from work...I am so upset!!! This is ridiculous!!! More

Great experience with Sales, Unfortunately terrible service Sales experience was positive. 8 years of dealing with the GM Service department at this dealership has been a nightmare. I have been lied to and treated like I am the problem when their product (vehicle) fails. It seems the bottom line dollar is the only thing that matters to this department. I will never buy a car from this establishment again. More
Best experience with any dealership ever I took my daughter to Mike Kelly to look for a newer used car for her to drive back and forth to college. We had been to several dealers and looked I took my daughter to Mike Kelly to look for a newer used car for her to drive back and forth to college. We had been to several dealers and looked at a lot of cars. No one could help us for the payment wanted. We found a 2015 with very low miles at Mike Kelly. The car was like new still. Everyone we dealt with was so nice and so helpful it truly was a great experience. My daughter loves the car. The bank had set up the loan so the payments where more then we wanted to pay so it looked like it was not goinv to work out. Both my daughter and I where very disapointed. However Dan O'Brian the business manager at the dealership was not about to let us leave disapointed. He worked with the other managers at the dealership and called the bank and got the deal we neesed. My daughter has a beautiful very nice reliable and safe car to drive and I have the payments I can afford. I can not say enough good about this dealership and the people who work there.they are the best. NO one should ever but a car without stopping by Mike Kelly first!! Thank you to everyone at Mike Kelly! More
Cadillac Service A few years ago I purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX fully loaded from a dealer near Pittsburgh. A year in the timing belt went, which after further rese A few years ago I purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX fully loaded from a dealer near Pittsburgh. A year in the timing belt went, which after further research is common for this vehicle. Since Kelly advertises themselves as full Cadillac dealer I contacted them and had my car towed to their dealership. Warranty covered repairs. Took car off the lot, drove 4.3 miles and right in fornt of their dearlership the care totally shut down. Luckily my husband was able to cross RT8 and they had a handful of their mechanics push my car back in the garage. I was provided a rental at this point so 5 days later...with NO CALL from Mike Kellys garage I called to learn that they had the engine block sent to a machine shop without calling me first. Apparently they did not put the timing chain/belt on correctly and totally destroyed my motor. All of this with no communication to the customer!!...It took them 38 DAYS to fix my car. After this it has just been nothing but one thing after another. It is to the point now I don't know if it is the car or the service. I just had it there to have the rear axle serviced - clutch differential clutch replaced - 3 days later - Service light back on. More
