We have purchased many new vehicles over the past 20 years, from several different dealerships in Western PA. Most were larger, "high volume" type dealerships that were more interested in getting you in and out of the door. Our experience with Leroy at Mike Kelly was just the opposite. He was phenomenal to deal with from the very first phone call where we explored vehicle options to the time he handed us over the keys. Chaz from Finance was awesome as well. No high pressure push to purchase additional warranties/coverages, etc. Just good, down to earth people who really want to just do what is right and best for the customer. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience and without question would return to purchase another vehicle from them.
