APPOINTMENT TIME WAS 10:10, WAS THERE 3. 5 HOURS, THE GIRL THAT CHECK US IN, WHEN QUESTIONS OVER TIME AND PRICE SHE STATED, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE THAT DIAGNOSTICS WAS 80.00 DOLLARS AND 45 MINUTE 5 HOURS, THE GIRL THAT CHECK US IN, WHEN QUESTIONS OVER TIME AND PRICE SHE STATED, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE THAT DIAGNOSTICS WAS 80.00 DOLLARS AND 45 MINUTES TO MY SELF AND HUSBAND. AFTER 2.5 HOURS SHE SAID SHE WOULD HAVE SHUTTLE TAKE MY HUSBAND HOME AND BACK, THIRD LIE. FOURTH LIE WAS CAR HAD TO MANY ISSUES AND WAS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED. MY CAR HAD 3 ISSUES THAT WAS DOCUMENTED ON PAPERWORK, CAR WAS BROUGHT DOWN AFTER THE 3.5 HOURS, IT SAT THERE ANOTHER 20 MINUTES, WHEN NO ONE CAME OVER TO GET US WE WENT TO SERVICE DESK, WAS TOLD THE GIRL THAT CHECKED US IN WAS AT LUNCH, WILL BE ANOTHER 40 MINUTES FOR HER RETURN TO DO PAPERWORK AND GET US OUT OF THERE. UNCALLED FOR , AT THAT TIME TOLD RAYSON I WANT MY CAR AND I NEED PAPERWORK TO PAY AND GO. MY HUSBAND IS ON MEDS AND WAS PASSED THE INSULIN SHOT, HE WAS OVERLY KIND AND GOT US THE PAPERWORK, AMY BROWN CHECKED US OUT, VERY PROFESSIONAL. BOTTOME LINE WAS LIED TO 4 TIMES, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND REALLY THING HARD IN NEVER EVER RETURNING TO THIS SERVICE CENTER. ASK TO SPEAK TO ONE WHO DONE THE SERVICE CALL IN THE BEGINNING AGAIN THAT NEVER HAPPENED SO DON'T KNOW WHO IT WAS. More

Terrible dealership with poor management. I purchased a CPO used vehicle with an advertised interest rate of 4.99%. When signing the paperwork for the purchase of my vehicle With Michael Ruan I purchased a CPO used vehicle with an advertised interest rate of 4.99%. When signing the paperwork for the purchase of my vehicle With Michael Ruane, the finance manager, I found that he had obtained a loan from at outside financial institution at a RATE OF 8%. When I questioned Michael he simply changed the rate to 4.99% and made absolutely no comment about this. when a dealership goes to an outside financial institution and obtains a higher rate, they are paid a percentage of this over charge as a kickback. Unfortunately, I returned to this dealership to purchase another vehicle just seven months after the first vehicle purchase. Michael Nista was my salesman. I had called him to put hand money on a car that I had seen online. I gave him a credit card that he was to use this to secure the vehicle. I made appointment to view the vehicle A few days later. He called me on the day that I was to view the vehicle and told me that he had forgotten to put down my hand money. He went on to say that someone else had purchased a vehicle. He also told me that the vehicle is in terrible condition and I would not have wanted that vehicle. He called me one week later and told me that there was a different vehicle that was the same color, same mileage and had the same equipment. He said he didn’t understand how he didn’t find this earlier in their inventory. I made an appointment to see the vehicle only to find that it was the same vehicle that he told me was in terrible shape and that I would not have wanted. he even sent me a video stating that this was a different vehicle. While looking at the vehicle Michael Nista said that he had to leave because it was “date night”. He abruptly grabbed the keys and told us that we could come back another day to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. He went on to say that this wasn’t giant eagle and that we would need an appointment you can’t just walk in when you want. This was 1 hour prior to closing time. Needless to say, we did not make that appointment and we will never purchased from this dealership again. This information was presented to the dealership manager who simply said that he was sorry that this had occurred. BUYER BEWARE . Make sure that you obtain your own financing and be knowledgeable about current automobile interest rates. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MICHAEL NISTA who will blatantly misrepresent information (LIE) to sell a vehicle. More

June 2022 we bought a Cadillac SUV they say they give you $75 for a test drive never got that. Then in july 31 2023 my husband went and bought 2006 Pontiac, G6 convertible hardtop they charged him 12,500 The $75 for a test drive never got that. Highest price I got was 7000 they ripped them off. Paid cash for both cars. I called to speak to the manager. He told me to get yours whatever they want for a car 17 years old.
