I have had nothing but stellar customer service from Jenna in the service department. She manages every detail with compassion, efficiency and grace. I told her I had purchased an extended warranty on my 16 year old GTI (from a different car lot) and she went straight to work advocate and providing evidence. She has saved me $1000's in repair costs.

I wrote a novel already, Angela, Jessica, Miguel, Art, Raymond, Collin AMAZING! Seriously, thank you so much for everything! Phenomenal service. Jessica and Miguel, and Angela in the service and parts department. As well as Art (location manager), Raymond (sales) and Collin (financing) went above and beyond for me and my family. They fixed a problem, that had nothing to do with them or their location. And that right there spoke volumes. They truly are an amazing group of humans. And I feel as if I owe them so much. They explained everything to me, as well as my brother. Told my options. Apologized for how another location had done me wrong and promised to help me. I mean calling/ texting/ emailing to check in. They were so kind, patient, understanding and kept their word. Dick Hannah on 122nd and burnside is where I will be telling everyone to go to. They all worked as a team, they were so genuine and sincere. I wasn't just another consumer. They treated me with such care. Each call I found myself crying after hanging up, because they all kept their word. They gave me hope and most importantly reassurance. What may have seemed so small to the other lot, was major for my family and I. And I am just beyond appreciative of the care Burnside location gave us. The whole team made my birthday one to remember. Jessica, Miguel, and Angela it all started with you three. Let me know when I can drop off some goodies, cakes, brownies, cookies lol. Art, as a manager, as a good man, and person, and not just another manager, THANK YOU! you truly are a gem. You kept your word. And acted on your acted on it. As for Raymond, thank you for being so attentive and patient. And thank you for being honest about everything. You put yourself in my position and gave me your honest opinion. You were very sincere. And even told me happy birthday multiple times. Collin thank you for being so organized as well as also being attentive. You and Raymond staying late, due to my work schedule was amazing, knowing you guys needed to get home to your families. I will continue to tell everyone how amazing you all are! thank you for making this such an amazing experience for me. I walked away happier than ever. And it is all thanks to all of you! I will seriously be dropping off some food or snacks. Side note, thank you for letting my kiddos enjoy the snacks while we waited. You all truly are blessings. And I am forever grateful!

My wife and I recently mad an offer on a 2013 Honda Civic sedan. They were asking 13,000, we agreed on 12,500 and went to sign the contract. We went in an office and the finance manager showed us a paper that had the deal itemized. 12,500 + a warranty for 2,300 that equaled 15,000 and change due to the warranty and DMV costs. The finance manager told us that the only way they can sell us the car for the agreed price of 12,500 was if we bought a 2,300.00 warranty because they wouldn’t make any money on the deal. So they wouldn’t sell us the car for the agreed on price of 12,500.00. Very unethical to agree on a price then not sell said car unless you buy a 2,300.00 warranty ! Beware beware beware of Medford Voltzwagon, Medford BMW or Medford Nisan. They are all owned by the same owner.

Buyer Beware-I test drove a car I really liked and then filled out an online credit check which they said was necessary before they could tell me my lease option. I was then called by the salesperson and told I qualified for what seemed like a really good lease deal. I was told to drop by after work to fill out the paperwork which would only take 30 minutes. It took 3 hours during which time the price went up significantly twice. First the finance manager blamed the salesperson. Then he tried to blame my credit which is well over 800 and then the VW credit company. When I asked to see a break down of the offer he kept me waiting for another half hour and then came back with his boss who then informed me the interest rate had just gone up and thus the monthly payment was actually $154 more a month than I was promised a few hours earlier. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with the finance department. I left pissed and without a car as I abhor manipulative, predatory tactics. The service center staff are nice but I wouldn’t buy a car from them again.
