Pretty good. The part didn't get ordered I needed, but I was notified in a timely manner. Went to drop my car off a second time, and had called and text to see if they got the part before I dropped it off and received no response. I went to drop it off the day and time the guy told me and he told me they never got the part and he would call me. A call before my appointment would have been nice. A few hours later I received a call they found the part and to bring it in. They had finished it quickly.

My service advisor was great. However, the dealership has become more price aggressive with the cost of their products. The part (a cabin air filter) was needed, however the cost was very high (compared to the auto parts store). I know the dealership will always be a bit more expensive, and I'm good with that, however not to this extent (59 vs 18). Again, I must be a more engaged consumer.

Although Coos Bay Toyota was completely booked, they found away to schedule us for the replacement of the window. I am forever thankful to them for helping us salvage our vacation. Let me start off by saying sometimes in our lives the positive forces that be put people in our lives to save us. I’ve been traveling from Washington down the US coast of 101 to eventually reach California. I’m a single woman newly retired on my own the first trip like this of my life hauling a camper and everything I own. On the first leg of this journey my Toyota tundra who I bought used from a dealer in Washington had its transmission completely die on a Saturday afternoon. Bright and early Monday morning I was at the dealership praying for a miracle, it turned out the entire transmission had to be replaced I was staying in a campground and only had limited time, when Rich in the service department heard my story he rallied every every force, sent out every dog, and pulled in every single favor and he actually performed a miracle! With a full schedule COVID-19 lockdown and people out sick he got my vehicle in with no notice, did all of the repairs and kept it at a price that I was able to manage! I will be forever grateful, ladies this is the place to shop do not buy a vehicle anywhere else! This dealership is worth traveling states to, in order to buy a vehicle and have your vehicle serviced with confidence that all of the people there are really on your side in there to help you. This is the worst dealership. Expensive oil changes, ignorance with pending campaign recalls, and they no longer offer Lyft rides anymore. They noticed my skid plate hanging and they skimped and did not replace two missing bolts even though my truck is well under warranty. What a joke of. Dealership. Avoid xx all costs. Oh and they still have outrageous markups on new vehicles! Pure greed!

This dealership ALWAYS provides very fast, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable service. They never try and sell you on anything they just let you know what is available in case you might be interested. Something that most dealerships seem to forget is cleanliness, both in the cars they service and most importantly - the dealership itself. When the windows are washed, the floor is clean, the staff is neatly dressed, and the overall appearance of the place is neat, clean, and uncluttered, it gives a sense of order that these folks know what they are doing and can get things done correctly. Always a pleasure to bring my vehicles in for repairs or servicing.

Are you guys doing an awesome job? It was just a miscommunication that’s that upset me earlier in the month. I just lost my place to live. I’m currently living in my truck had an accident that threw off the truck alignment and when I was told that they wouldn’t do the repair it came at the worst time possible for me. They then explain the situation to me about this vehicle that I bought, (and had over paid for 😤) and what it was going to require for the vehicle to be serviced by them. Not unreasonable to request that I empty it out and have the frame inspected for any issues before I bring it back. Sorry Mr. Lillard, and to the rest of the staff. I’ve just been in a very bad situation, lost my place to live and lost most of my family’s support battling a couple of narcissistic people. It’s easy to be impatient these days. I have a Toyota with a manufacturer issue with paint, it’s been an issue for several years since I first noticed. Took a few years for Toyota to acknowledge the issue and a few more years for them to come up with a solution. I was already annoyed by the time I took the vehicle to Kendal and did not treat the guys in the service department fairly, they were in no way responsible for the issue. Duane Thompson the service manager got wind of the issue and reached out to me directly and asked to give him an opportunity to make things right. Duane did make things right. It’s easy to be impatient these, give these guys the chance to do the right thing I honestly think that’s what they want. Thank you Duane Thompson!
