IN DEFIANCE THERE WAS A MANAGER NAMED LUPE THAT I TRIED TO TALK WITH ON THE PHONE TO CLEAR UP A PROBLEM I HAD WITH THE SERVICE I WAS GETTING AND NEEDED SOME ANSWERS, BUT WHEN I CALLED HIM HE WAS VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME. I WOULDNT WANT A MAN THAT DIDNT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A CUSTOMER PROPERLY RUNNING MY BUSINESS. HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID SO I HAD TO CALL HIM AND HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. I DONT THINK JIM WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW HIS MANAGER TREATS THE CUSTOMERS BEHIND CLOSED DOORS, AND DONT THINK THIS SHOULD JUST BE SWEEPED UNDER THE RUG. UPSET CUSTOMER WITH THE SERVICE OF THE MANAGER. I will tell you this you will never be pressured or feel uncomfortable at Jerry’s Auto Mart, they will let you test drives and answered every question you have. I definitely recommend this dealership and Scott to anyone in the market for a pre owned car or truck.

I was looking for a good car with room for my kids and towing capacity for our camper. I was nervous about what shape the car would really be in. (motor, suspension, etc). Johnson Automotive overcame that by letting me take it out and go over it thororghly, going into detail about the maintenance schedule, thorough treatment during scheduled maintenance, etc. Everyone was nice, appeared sincere, service was great, excellent experience. The owner Jay was dishonest with me about EVERYTHING!!!! 1) He priced truck for 11,000. Then when I said it seemed steep, he stated you would work with me. On paper work that he would not sit down & discuss with me because he was “too busy” so he had an assistant do. The truck was priced at 11,995.00- THAT IS NOT 11,000.00 2.) On day 5/3/22 HE stated that finance company required 2000.00 down. I stated all I had was 1500.00 as we had agreed on. JAY stated don’t worry I will put you down for 2000. 00 and when we get tax check I will take my 500.00 then. JAY nor his assistant put 2000.00. As confirmed with finance company as well as my contract… I was only credited for 1500.00 — Which is 100% provided by me. I asked his assistant because Jay left to sell another vehicle. She confirmed that Jay got it to go through for my 1500. I was assured all was approved and accurate. Now… Here we are 45 days in and I can’t get tags because Jay has not paid taxes to Ohio or Kentucky. Neither state had released a title. Jay will not respond to messages nor calls and he clearly did not assist me in any way financially! •Jay lied about price then bounced at signing so I couldn’t get an answer. I swallowed that. •Jay lied about the 500.00 towards deposit and it had been confirmed on my contract and with finance company that I was only credited for my 1500.00 •Jay lied about the condition of truck. Headlights went out as soon as they were on long enough to get hot. Both had to be replaced due to seal and moisture •Universal Joint had to be replaced with in the first month. I was advised that was the popping noise that Jay & his mechanic told me that I was NOT hearing. •Sensor is costing 480.00 to fix due to it is hard to get to. •AND the rocker are a job to fix as well. The lowest quote I have got for those is parts 260. With minimum labor of 1200. THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH Jay at Jordan Auto Sales

I bought a used car (2012 Nissan Versa) from Nationwide Automotive Group (Monroe) 3 months back. After 3 months my car broke down on the highway and the speed was not going above 40 MPH. I had to tow the car to the nearest service center.They had suggested for the service check to the Nissan service center. After couple of days my car broke down again but luckily not on the highway I had spent money again in towing it to nissan service center. Nissan guys told me the car has transmission issue and it already had a junk transmission (old) whose record was not present in the carfax and Dealer had not informed me anything on this. When I called the dealer (Nationwide Automotive Group) regarding this issue they are not taking any responsibility of it. All my money gone in vain within 3 months of buying this car apart of it I had spent $900 more for servicing and towing. I had a very bad experience from Nationwide Automotive Group and I wont recommend it to anyone who is planning to buy a used car. I have to spend $4000 again to get a new transmission (CVT) just after 3 months of buying a car.

I just purchased my second car from North Coast. As expected, the experience was incredible. I found the vehicle I wanted online on Monday. Submitted my loan request Monday night. I was pre-approved within minutes. I went to the dealership on Thursday and my sales rep Mike was awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. I took the car for a test drive and within an hour my paperwork was ready and I was happily on my home in a beautiful 2021 BMW. North Coast was very transparent regarding the pricing and protection options. I purchased an extended warranty from NVP which I cannot stress enough how amazing this warranty is. On my last vehicle from North Coast I had an engine failure three years into owning the vehicle. The NVP warranty fully covered my engine replacement and in just one claim it more than paid for itself. I will not hesitate to make a future purchase from North Coast. They make the purchasing process easy and stress free and the vehicle pricing is unrivaled. I cannot thank the North Coast team enough!
