Service Department was very slow, had a scheduled appointment and I guess everyone had the time. Waited a long while to get checked in for my appointment. On a positive note, the lady who took care of me was exceptionally efficient. She had everything handled in short order. Her name is Dee. The only counter to this comment is that they are in process of remodeling.

Case is very easy to deal with. Followed-up well and was patient and prompt during the entire process. During the post sales, both Mya and Andrew were great to deal with during the paperwork process. 5 times since I bought my car there they did not rotate the tires when they said they did. I started marking my tires the second time and confronted them after that. I recently had service done and they are always trying to get me to pay for unnecessary services and treat me like an idiot. I had fluid flinging all around the underneath of my car and they said it was fine. Took it to another deal ship and they found a hole in the axel and are fixing it and it’s under my warranty.

We needed to replace a very old and dated car and when we found out that we had a friend at Taylor Kia, Nick Fadel, we knew this was the place to buy the car, even though we don't live in Toledo. Nick helped us find the right car and had everything ready when we arrived to make the buying process easy and convenient. Next thing I knew, I was off in my new Kia Soul enjoying all the great features that Nick patiently guided me through (and yes, this old dog can learn new tricks!) Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful too. I look forward to working with Nick and the entire Taylor Kia team again!

Wasted a week talking to Brett, one of their salespeople on a KIA K5. Brett told me that “he sells everything”. After much back and forth, he told me that he sells Chevrolet, that’s why he needed to confirm every step of our conversation with his manager. After a week, I finally accepted HIS proposed deal. I confirmed ALL pieces and stipulations with him, in writing. He reconfirmed everything he proposed, and I said we have a deal. It was all via text, in writing. 10 minutes later he texted back that he can’t do the deal that HE offered. After going back and forth, I requested to speak with the sales manager, only to be ghosted. Unbelievably unprofessional when making such a large purchase. I called the sales manager the next day only to be dismissed. I’m betting his boss wouldn’t be too proud of how everything was handled. I don’t want to waste my time trying to hold anyone accountable, I’ll just share my experience everywhere I can. Repeatedly. They are nothing short of shady and a perfect example of the stereotypical car salesmen. Buyer beware.

Chris was amazing to work with, they didn’t have the initial trim I wanted on the lot in the color that I wanted, but I ended up driving home in a new 2025 Chevy Trax 2RS. Chris worked to make this deal something that I could afford and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman.
