I was very disappointed with the service I received. After the diagnostic I was told I needed a part installed and it could be done in a day and the car was safe to drive until then. Once the part arriv After the diagnostic I was told I needed a part installed and it could be done in a day and the car was safe to drive until then. Once the part arrived, I called for an appointment and SPECIFICALLY asked for a day that it could be completed in the same day. I dropped it off and handed the keys to one of the service managers the evening before my appointment. I heard nothing from them on the day of my appointment but received an email saying I missed my appointment. I called and told them that they HAVE my car so how could I have missed my appointment? I was told at that time it was a clerical error and my car was being worked on. I heard nothing the rest of the day so I called again an hour before they close to give me enough time to go pick it up but was told all of the service managers were tied up and someone would call me back. No one did. The work was completed the next day. I was without a car for 2 days and NO ONE bothered to call and update me on what was going on. The sheer lack of professionalism and what appears to be incompetence since I received no explanation means they have lost my business forever. I will be having all of my oil changes and service work done at one of their competitors. It's not like they're the only game in town. More
Kia of Beavercreek has taken excellent care of my cars since 2020. Their service department is top notch.
