I purchased my Hyundai Genesis there about 8 years ago. I am extremely satisfied with my Service Technician, Mike. He is always very professional and extremely helpful. Whenever I bring my car in for service, he is never bothered by having to explain his service recommendations to me and then possibly having to call my husband to explain those recommendations again. He always makes bringing my car in convenient and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with him. Often times we write in to tell about our negative experiences. But, I wanted to make sure I let you all know that Mike is the reason I bring my car in to the dealership for service.

Will Morton is the only reason I drove over 50 miles to lease my new Kona N Line! I first met Will over the phone when I was shopping around for a new Palisade. He was friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in leasing. We scheduled an appointment and when I arrived he met me at the door with a huge smile and said "Ramona I have the perfect Palisade for you"! He had parked it right in the middle of the showroom floor. I asked him "is that MY Palisade"? It was gorgeous! It had every feature I requested, he didn't miss one thing that we had previously discussed. To me, that said a lot about Will, he had actually listened and paid attention to our conversation. We went over all the bells & whistles, right down to the simplest features. For the first time in my entire life (first new car purchased at 18 now 65) of buying/leasing a new car I totally enjoyed the experience all because of Will Morton. He actually made it fun, that's right, I said "fun"! There wasn't any stress or pressure like I've experienced at other dealerships, he was upbeat and happy to be helping me with my new vehicle. And that is the reason I recently drove over 50 miles again to lease another vehicle from Will. I didn't give it a second thought, I knew what dealership and who I would see to get my new Kona N Line! He hit it out of the park once again! must say I have never liked this car lot due to the poor attitude of the managers and poor service after the sale, historically. I am a long time resident of Fairfield and have tried to buy several cars from this lot and always left when it came to sign because the lot managers were extremely rude, cocky unwelcoming. I decided to give it one more try a few weeks ago because they had a vehicle my wife really wanted and they were on the way home. We were immediately greeted by Rebecca (I can't remember her last name) and she made us feel so welcome and made us WANT to buy a car from her. She was so kind and knowledgeable that I would have bought anything she wanted to sell me. Rebecca is a real asset and has earned my business back to Jeff Wyler and forget my poor experiences in the past. I really hope this lot is changing directions and starting to focus more on the customer and service like Becky did, this lot is a staple in the Fairfield business scene, like Jungle Jims, it was sad to watch it decline to almost a buy here pay here lot. I will be back and keep recommending this lot now. Please don't let us down when it comes time to bring it in for service by resorting to your old ways. Jeff Wyler is a hometown lot so keep treating your customers like neighbors, not outsider. Rebecca did an amazing job and I hope you appreciate her as much as we did. When you are buying your next vehicle go to this lot and ask for Rebecca, you will be glad you did!
