Overall, the company's owner must be great too because he/she makes the decisions and seems to always decide what's right for the customer. Honest and fair. 5 stars.

The folks in the service shop on LeJeune Blvd were friendly and professional! The comfy chairs and couches in the waiting room are an upgrade from my previous waiting room experiences! They could benefit from ambient lighting and moving away from the fluorescent lighting in those areas but it didn’t detract from my experience.

Each advisor I’ve worked with has been forthcoming and specific about both the work I’ve requested and a couple of other items that needed attention. Prices have been in line with what I’d expect. I love my F-150 King Ranch and want to keep it in top shape!
