Earlier this week I was referred to Anthony Garabito at Keffer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Charlotte for my new car needs. After arriving Anthony introduced me to Willie Hailey who showed my wife and I a variety of great vehicles. He was able to answer all of our questions during our search. Ultimately we decided on a vehicle that was parked in the show room right in front of Willie’s desk. He and Anthony were able to offer us a fair price for our trade in and a great price for our new vehicle. We were very satisfied with our experience. His response was quick and he was knowledgeable about the products and my purchase I was able to do most of the things from My place of business and when I got there, we were not there longer than 45 minutes to buy a Truck and get out the door that is superior customer service also worked with Matt who was my sales representative when I arrive excellent service all the way around thank you guys for making my purchase easy Jonathan The finance manager was quick and able to get me out of there in a flash thank you guys. Mark and Mike helped me trade my first paid off baby, for a newer used jeep. And outside of the vehicle market, talk about southern charm/people. They have it all. I’m so thankful they got me into a vehicle I NEVER would have dreamed would be mine. Don't ever think of buying a vehicle here. They immediately think you are a patsy by charging $199 for nitrogen in the tires and near $1000 for paint protection. Plus other document and fees add ons. What dealer does that? Only the ones preying upon price ignorant suckers. They are overstocked with sales staff that are only lackies to the suit and tie sales manager. When another dealer asked to buy a car from them they don't even answer the phone - it is email only and then they don't even respond.

Another Randy Marion dealership that let me down. I asked for a OTD price on a Used Challenger. They gave me a $5,431.50 of ad Ons for my troubles. How can they stay in business when they charge Resistall $880, 3m Protection Package $1,899, Dealer added Graphics $1,110, All Weather Floor Mats $195 (car comes with carpet ones), Document fee $249.50, Admin Fee $899 and Electronic Filing fee $199???? I walked away again. And this is on a USED CAR, NOT NEW CAR.

Dropped car off for sunroof. Warranty covered sunroof. Picked up car and noticed the middle cover piece was the cover from the old sunroof and had fell off. Took car back to dealership last Tuesday 10/15 and was told piece would be in Thursday 10/17. It is now 10/24 and I still have not got my car repaired and it is still at the dealership. I have always took my vehicle there and had no issues so not sure what has changed.
