My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!

Great experience. Check engine might came on. Came in w/o an appointment and left truck. Got a call within an hour describing the problem. Indicated they needed to order part which could take a couple of days. Got a call around noon the next day indicating the part came in early and my truck was ready for pickup. That was great news since it was on a Friday and didn’t think I would have transportation all weekend. Luis explained the problem and did a great job of getting repairs done in a very timely manner. Can’t thank him enough.
