I want to recognize Jimmy the service manager. There was an issue with my Jeep that was a mystery to most which would have warranted a 1 star rating.Now I don’t know if Jimmy solved the mystery but he did ensure the issue was fixed. From Day 1 of him finding out about it, he was compassionate, honest and handled the situation not only with care but with a sense of urgency. Thank you much for making both my husband and I feel important and as a valued customer. Also a special Thanks to Josh as well. He was the first one in the line of fire but he was patient and understanding and helpful to point me in the right direction of who could and would resolve this problem. Lastly Debbie thank you! you were very pleasant to work with.
