Lies and liars-the sales department promised repairs would be made on a used purchase. However, I went on their word and did not get it in writing. GET IT IN WRITING-they are not trustworthy. They will not respond to emails and do will not take your phone calls.

My husband and I decided we wanted to keep our 3 yrs leased car instead of re-leasing another car we love our car. At that time we also purchased a service agreement for $269.00.The only option we had was to finance it. The staff was very helpful all thru this. I asked the dealer if the some warranty would be included with this. He said yes. But as I was looking at my sale receipt I noticed we were charged, for "prepaid Maintenance Agreement of $1,295.00, Then on Nov. 1 I had the car serviced for milage and it cost be $612.31 out of pocket. Please let me know why this service was not included in the $1,295 service agreement. Looking forward for someone to clarify this. Thank you.

I want to applaud the Service Manager at Nissan of Yorktown Heights! His name Chris Risnes. He has only been there about 6 months. Although the business is about cars, he is about the people! I believe with his leadership, and modeling excellent customer service, this very low non- rating by the BBB, will not only improve, but excel. Chris went above and beyond to resolve a serious issue I had with my Nissan. I did not have transportation to the service department, and my car had the kind of problem that was a true safety issue. Chris did not delay, put off, make excuses, try to upsell, he went out of his way, came to where I live, left his car and took my car to the service department to be fixed. It took a day longer than he thought it might to get the part. He called me and let me know as soon as he knew. He called me the next day also to share an update. And he called when he was on his way back with my car. Elizabeth, who was at the service desk and took my call, also showed exemplary customer service ... she did not try and "get rid of me', listened to my story, and immediately went and talked to Chris, explained my story and he returned my call within a half hour. Both Chris and Elizabeth made me feel like they would find a solution, no matter what... not more obstacles. If your experince in the service department has felt lacking, prior to 6 months ago, please at least give those two folks a shot... they made all the difference in my experience as a customer needing assistance!

Disgraceful dealership. I have dealt with the old Gregoris Nissan for the last 30 years until they became a Subaru dealership. Always a good experience. So, for convenience, as my lease was ending and I wanted to buyout my Rogue Sport and finance it, I went to Rockaway Nissan. They told me and I had to purchase an extended warranty for thousands above the buyout price in my signed contract. My credit is 800+. The 1st thing I told them was that I could only pay up to a certain amount monthly. I knew exactly what payments I could afford from the get-go. They tried to scam me into buying warranty's I didn't need and when I declined the warranty's they said I can't finance my car and basically threw me out when I saw through their scam. Worst experience ever from the finance woman to the Assistant GM -arrogant, rude, and condescending. Never have I ever met such a conglomerate of simply horrible people. Please for your own sake and the sake of your wallet-Stay Away!!! Next call is to the Attorney General to put Rockaway Nissan on the list of indicted dealerships. By the way, I contacted a finance guy at a Nissan dealer on Long Island right after and told them my experience and they were shocked at the dishonesty and money grab attempt by Rockaway Nissan. CORRUPT! Don't give a xxxx about customers, just about lining their pockets. Wish there was an option to give ZERO stars,

I leased my Rouge from this dealer in May, 2016. The deal they advertised was they would buy me out of my existing lease if I leased a new car from them. I did the deal and gave them my old Volkswagen but they "forgot" to turn it in. Come October I'm getting invoices from VW as the car was due to be turned in in September and Nissan said they would look into it. They say they had taken the car to their service department and forgot about it. In November they finally turned the car in and in January I got the final invoice. I sent it to them at least six times and they never answered me about paying the invoice. Now their showroom is empty and I am on the hook for $3,000 they were supposed to pay.

on dec 20 2016, i turned in my leased nissan for anew lease. after all negotiations were over, nissan was to pay all fees for wear and tear , mileage overage, etc. 2 weeks later , they closed their doors without paying what was owed .

A few month ago when I came to service my car, Tracy was the person I talked to in the service dept. Durning our conversation she was rude and disrespectful. The next time I came in I went and talked to the service manager about this issue and in return I ask that Tracy when I come in for service not be the person that helps me. Yesterday I went in for service I talked to Vinny, when I went to pay while talking to Vinny, Tracy was there and kept interrupting us. So, therefore this tells me that this issue never got resolved so therefore I will not be coming to Burdick Nissan any longer. Terrible Customer Service! DarleneT
