Called dealer to make an appointment for oil & filter change. They gave me an appointment for that afternoon.. which was great. Arrived at dealership, met service adviser Kaden Peterson. We went over vehicle history and what I needed to be done. Advised Kaden my car was being driven to our condo in Boca Raton, Florida. Asked that aside from the oil and filter change I needed the vehicle totally checked out. The vehilcle was completed in a little over an hour. Tire pressure was set to proper levels also. They also gave me a coupon for $15.00 off the price. I was very satisfied to say the least.

My husband and I decided we wanted to keep our 3 yrs leased car instead of re-leasing another car we love our car. At that time we also purchased a service agreement for $269.00.The only option we had was to finance it. The staff was very helpful all thru this. I asked the dealer if the some warranty would be included with this. He said yes. But as I was looking at my sale receipt I noticed we were charged, for "prepaid Maintenance Agreement of $1,295.00, Then on Nov. 1 I had the car serviced for milage and it cost be $612.31 out of pocket. Please let me know why this service was not included in the $1,295 service agreement. Looking forward for someone to clarify this. Thank you.

We leased a 2024 altima from Nissan 112 on April 30th. The car was in an accident in August we are still waiting for a part to make the car driveable again. I reached out to the manager by phone on Tuesday morning and by email Wednesday morning to request assistance in obtaining the needed part. We have been paying the lease and unable to use the csr since August. The manager has not returned our call or email. I was told Tuesday he would get back to me when his meeting ended. This is bad customer service. He had plenty of time to sit with us when we decided to lease from his dealership but now that we need his help he is ignoring us. I expected better. Even if you could not help atleast take two minutes to talk

I want to applaud the Service Manager at Nissan of Yorktown Heights! His name Chris Risnes. He has only been there about 6 months. Although the business is about cars, he is about the people! I believe with his leadership, and modeling excellent customer service, this very low non- rating by the BBB, will not only improve, but excel. Chris went above and beyond to resolve a serious issue I had with my Nissan. I did not have transportation to the service department, and my car had the kind of problem that was a true safety issue. Chris did not delay, put off, make excuses, try to upsell, he went out of his way, came to where I live, left his car and took my car to the service department to be fixed. It took a day longer than he thought it might to get the part. He called me and let me know as soon as he knew. He called me the next day also to share an update. And he called when he was on his way back with my car. Elizabeth, who was at the service desk and took my call, also showed exemplary customer service ... she did not try and "get rid of me', listened to my story, and immediately went and talked to Chris, explained my story and he returned my call within a half hour. Both Chris and Elizabeth made me feel like they would find a solution, no matter what... not more obstacles. If your experince in the service department has felt lacking, prior to 6 months ago, please at least give those two folks a shot... they made all the difference in my experience as a customer needing assistance!

I leased my Rouge from this dealer in May, 2016. The deal they advertised was they would buy me out of my existing lease if I leased a new car from them. I did the deal and gave them my old Volkswagen but they "forgot" to turn it in. Come October I'm getting invoices from VW as the car was due to be turned in in September and Nissan said they would look into it. They say they had taken the car to their service department and forgot about it. In November they finally turned the car in and in January I got the final invoice. I sent it to them at least six times and they never answered me about paying the invoice. Now their showroom is empty and I am on the hook for $3,000 they were supposed to pay.

on dec 20 2016, i turned in my leased nissan for anew lease. after all negotiations were over, nissan was to pay all fees for wear and tear , mileage overage, etc. 2 weeks later , they closed their doors without paying what was owed .

The sales manager Jonathan Bailey is a liar and scammed me out of $2000 on my trade in. I also witnessed him make disgusting racial comments about a black family that left without buying a car from him. I brought both issues to Burdick management who referred me to Tom Major. He just sat there with a creepy look on his face and seemed to echo his staffs racial sentiments. Obviously my complaints have gone no where but it’s important to know the type of people you’re dealing with when buying from a Burdick dealership. Worst people around. Go elsewhere

I had tires switched from winter to summer. I went back in the next day because the alignment was off. They did an alignment and an oil change. A couple days later I went back in because the car was pulling hard to the right and shaking at 30mph. The employee who drove my car to see what was happening said that I wasn't crazy and that it was shaking and pulling a little. He wrote a letter for the service department on Monday (this was Saturday) Obviously, I was not treated with respect. Then I tried to contact the office a few times without a response on Monday. Went in on Tuesday morning and they told me that in my notes from changing the tires in December that my summer tires were passable but not really usable. I checked my paperwork at home and it didn't state any of this. I truly felt I was lied to. I brought it in another day and they swtiched my front two tires. This entire situation was awful and I will no longer be dealing with them in the future. During the drive with the employee (I believe was the sales manager) I sat in the back with my two young children, with my husband in the front seat. Telling me that I wasn't crazy was quite rude and unnecessary. When I switched my tires in December, I asked if they would be fine for another season and the answer was yes.After checking my paperwork, there was nothing that stated I really couldn't use my tires. Being lied to is unacceptable.
