Our vacation plans for August 2026 were cancelled 2X because of illness and were rescheduled for a third time. However, the oil warning light came on in our Genesis GV80 and was due for the first service at Genesis of Albany in NY. We were offered a loaner car that was delivered to us in Vermont. Our car was not going to be ready for our departure date but Jill Boomhower arranged for us to use the loaner car for 2 weeks! It enabled us to leave on time for our hotel in NY and then on to Maryland to visit our new granddaughter. Thanks to Jill our vacation was FINALLY ON! Our deepest gratitude goes to Jill and Dave Crist. Dave sold us our Genesis and was also involved with
saving our vacation plans. This dealership treasures their customers and treats them like family. We didn’t just buy a car. Jill and Dave welcomed us into their family. The whole experience was incredible. “Well done,” Jill! Dave is much more than a salesman. He is a caring and great friend. McGovern Genesis of Albany is truly THE BEST!! PS: Thanks to the guys in the service department and to Paul and Lenny who delivered our loaner from Albany to Vermont and brought our car back.
