Zoe is truly worthy of recognition for the service she provided. Didn't really work with any of the individuals you ask me to rate below! Zoe handled everything except the final financial dealings. I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I made an appointment to see a car the night before and confirmed it in the morning. I test drove the car and was very happy with it; everything was going smoothly. The salesperson asked if I wanted to see how it looked on paper, and I said yes. He went inside, and a few minutes later, another salesperson came in and informed me that the car had been sold. You can imagine my confusion and disappointment. I thought they were joking or this was some sort of a trick. Apparently, while I was test driving the car, they sold it to someone else who walked in and didn’t need to test drive. Shame on this dealership. I was so excited to finally purchasing my first car, they put me in a terrible mood for the rest of the day, not to mention I literally started crying as I was ready to sign the papers. No doubt that they are running an unethical business. It has been a day and I am still so upset about this whole experience.

We have been with this dealership for over 10 years, purchased our pre-owned 2013 Buick Regal from Doan who then became part of the Bob Johnson Group. We decided to lease a new 2024 Buick Encore GX Avenir. We had a great experience with our salesperson who was filling in for Jason. The service team was the main reason we came back: Matthew Gerhardt. Always went beyond his means to accommodate our needs. Would recommend this dealership whether you are purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle.

As we have bought vehicle from Bob Johnson's in the past including LeRoy GMC so we decided to go to look at new Terrains. As there was a lot of road noise in the vehicle we drove our salesman advised that by putting $250 refundable hold they could bring a car from another dealership the next week. We did and waited. As it was the 4th of July week we called the next week and asked the status. We were told that it would be the middle or the end of the month. So we changed our minds and requested our cash deposit be returned to us. On 7/11 Kevin O'Brien called to say the car would be there in 15 days we said no thank you and on 7/19 he called to say it was there and again we said no thank you and once again asked for deposit. On July 23, I left Kevin a message asking why we hadn't received our REFUNDABLE deposit. He said it was mailed out and would send me an e-mail showing a copy of the check which he did. Upon review the check was dated for July 22, 2024. As of July 29th, we are not in receipt of our deposit. cc: BBB
