Josh Kovalik, who helped us buy a car while we were still overseas, so it was ready for us when we arrived to move in to our new house in the US (which is not an easy thing) could not have been more amazing. He took videos for us of the cars we were interested, helped us understand all the differences, and was good-natured about the time difference and our million different calls and questions. He could not have been more wonderful, and a million times better than any other Chevy dealership we spoke to across New York and CT, and every other car dealership for that matter. I had to leave my car for service. I could not have asked for a more perfect service appointment. Santos was my Service Advisor. He kept me informed every step of the way. He handled all communication with the Warranty Company, which proved to be a challenge, yet, ending in my satisfaction. My car was ready and waiting for me when I returned to pick it up, even though I arrived much earlier than expected. I was completely satisfied with the repair and the courtesy inspection. I could not have asked for a more perfect service appointment, nor a better Service Advisor. I would gladly ask for Santos to be my Service Advisor at every visit.
