I had the worst experience with this Dealership. I never reported an oil leak on my brand new car the Dealer did! I then was told I need to drive the car 500 miles and bring it back. Long story sh I never reported an oil leak on my brand new car the Dealer did! I then was told I need to drive the car 500 miles and bring it back. Long story short there was an oil leak and they couldn’t find it and I reported the need to have a car! No working person can afford to not have a vehicle. I then went and took my car to the dealer I purchased the vehicle from and within an hour and a half my car was diagnosed with the issue. And it was the next day it was fixed and I picked it up. Sawyers also forgot to put my cover on and told me I needed to drive back to them for them to put it back on. I obviously wasted enough time and demanded they deliver it to the dealer it was at. You could hear the displeasure in Bri voice as she spoke to me. More
