They were very accommodating with my appointment. They were transparent when I got there with what was going to be done. They had given me a 2 hour wait period and it took about 35 minutes. Arnold Chevrolet is family owned and I like that about them. I wanted a car that is American made and I got that. I wanted a sales person who knows what the product and Peter Tarantino is that person. I r them. I wanted a car that is American made and I got that. After leasing a car at a different dealership the transmission went out after a month on a brand new car. Not the dealership fault, but my car was towed to Arnold.
