Most of our community roads here in Silver City, New Mexico are composed of rough gravel and loose rocks of all sizes. Flat tires are a given; Hatch Stateline is a blessing! It’s kept us on the road now for almost 5 years. Bob McAbee is the general manager. He runs a tight ship. He’s also most customer-centric about wanting his customers to be satisfied with every one of his team. He bent over backward to get our first Toyota Highlander – ordered during COVID. And he helped us upgrade to a Platinum model this past year. A superb asset to his team is Ian Maxwell, now taking the service department to a new level. He got our most-recent flat “fixed.” Sadly, the tire was beyond repair. He had a replacement back in place in little more than an hour. This on a busy Saturday morning. Need service? Ask for Ian. It’s somewhat remarkable to have such a top-notch dealership about which to rave, especially in a town of some 10,000 residents. Bob McAbee, Ian Maxwell, and our Sales Consultant Laura Quintana have become family. In the market for a Toyota? Steer your trade-in to Hatch Stateline. Tell Bob that I sent you.

I have nothing but good things to say about Trent Paisley & Larry H. Miller Jeep! My father gave us his 2020 Jeep Cherokee before he passed away this year. I love the vehicle so much but mostly because it’s a part of my dad. When the service 4x4 light came on we were very concerned. My husband took it in to the local dealership and met Trent Paisley who took it right in and through a series of tests found that the PTU had premature wearing and needed to be replaced. The part alone is $1920.. When we picked it up today and there was no charge, I about cried tears of joy! The power train warranty was still good and it paid for the complete repair. We have our great gift back and are driving on cloud nine! Thank you Trent Paisley!!!

Went in May '24 and purchased a pre-owned RAV4 Adventure. The salesperson, Jonathan Chavez, was very low pressure and helpful. There was some confusion in getting reimbursed for windshield repairs but Monica Jaramillo got it all sorted. My wife loves her RAV4 and we are happy with our experience.

If I could the Rio Rancho location a BIG fat goose egg it would still be to much. I have bought 2 vehicles in the past 5 years with them and I wanted to purchase a specific one at the Rio Rancho location the female salesperson could not get the deal done called the Coors office and the GM seemed to be helpful but in a matter of a 2 weeks time spanned the female salesperson kept changing the details of the deal everytime we spoke and I was set with my current lender to get the new vehicle financed through them. The dealership ran my credit so many times the inquires made my score drop. Granted it wasn’t a great credit score but I got spot more done with them in my past purchases with them with less. No one seemed to care about the fact of keeping a repeat regular customer coming back they have lost my business for the future and I would never recommend their Rio Rancho location. For a manager from another location was willing to call you and the one from the location never returned my call to me showed their lack of professionalism and respect for repeat customers. What a shame that they don’t care.

Volvo XC 90 - XC90 buyer

Narrowed my vehicle search to three different models. Test drove two Volvo XC90s at two different dealers. Santa Fe Volvo was the better of the two deals. Second Volvo and hope the experience with service and maintenance department will be as good as it was when I owned my first XC90. I worked with Early J. and he was very pleasant to work with as we came to an agreed upon deal.

I land up paying for the repair which I shouldn't.. the service advisor named josh release insisted it was resetting itself ? .. malfunction light pops on afterwards.. from service light to malfunction light ....now I have more issues . I take it back two weeks later josh calls and tell me they can't fix it and I have to take it to bmw and pay to fix it cause they can't do anything else wow .. so I bought a car with a 6 month 6000 mile which ever comes first .. well it doesn't cover anything on a used car? Customer must get extended warranty to cover cost associated with unforeseen issues.. ?

By far the the best dealership I've been to. These guys are awesome. Especially Jeremy the salesman and the sales Mgr. Chad Keller. I will come back to get my wife a car and I will come back I and get another vehicle from them. Horrible service and persistant lies - Viceroy

I broke down and had my vehicle brought there because they said they had the parts. On the first day, they diagnosed the problem and said they needed to buy the parts and required that I pay for them up front. Day two they said the parts weren't in and they needed to do further diagnostics. Day three they said they weren't sure if they had the parts or not but didn't have the time to do he diagnostics. Day four they were closed, but assured me they would have the diagnostics done and I would be on the road on day 5. Day 5 they told me they didn't do the diagnotics and if I wasn't satisfied with their work I could take the vehicle--which was partially taken apart--somewhere else. I didn't know how to deal with it so it stayed there. Day 6 they assured me the work would be completed and it wasn't. Day 7 I was told they were 99 percent sure they'd have the work done. Day 8, in the late afternoon, they did the work. They supposedly found something else wrong and replaced the part but never showed me the supposed broken part. Day 9 I got the vehicle back. Day 10 I had to take it to a different shop because they screwed up the work they did on Day 8. They lied to me through out the process and the work performed. They also said they would give me a partial refund which was also a lie. DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIR.

We received a call from dealership: price, auto and trade in all in agreement We traveled 70 miles spent 5 hours there waiting. We were taken into room with finance person , door was shut. Then we were pressured for 2 hours to purchase extended warranty. In order to get out of room, we agreed. 5 hours for a quick deal. This is new auto, why? You will be sorry if you deal with Jack Key.

Worst place ever to buy a used vehicle. Purchased my car with no problem, but after the paperwork was done it seems they had nothing to do with us. Couldn't get any info or help out of the sales staff and was treated in a very rude manner. Yes they will jump through hoops to get you financed. That's about the only good thing I can say. There vehicles are way over priced and they have very poor customer service.

I have purchased many vehicles from Zia Auto over several years. I like their transparency when it comes to the vehicles condition and history. They don't hide any information. I have never had any issues financing vehicles through their banks and was told my options which were about the same as what my bank was offering. I will continue to use them as they have very nice cars for some awesome prices.

Bought a used 2006 dodge ram 2500 5.9 diesel from this used car lot. Ed (salesman/xxxxxxx) told me "a mechanic" and quickly changed that to "our mechanic" has gone over this truck from top to bottom and end to end and its ready to roll. I flew into Albuquerque after multiple phone calls to purchase this vehicle. Ryan (flunky) picked me up at the airport and it was obvious he had been smoking in the truck on the way to the airport. He drove like he had the devil himself in pursuit 45 miles back to the sales office, the reason for this was to hide the shifting issues with the transmission and to distract me from any other issues. The lot was like most failing used car lots, no vehicles, no customers mixed with the smell of cold coffee and stale cigarettes. After a long flight and an 800 mile drive ahead of me, where I had to be back to work in 24 hours I signed the paper work and left at approx 5:00pm (it was friday and they were now closed) In the first 100 miles I noticed the first of many warning lights. "Service 4x4 system" came on first followed by a blinking "4x4 low" light then followed by the "check engine" light. I stopped in the middle of the New Mexico desert in the dark with no tools (airplane) and tried with my cell flashlight to check the issues. There was a large amount of cussing as I noticed the smell of radiator coolant. I decided to find a motel for the night and a mechanic in the morning, when I left the side of the road the truck hopped like it was in four wheel drive, it was but the selector switch said 2 wheel drive, every time I was able to get it back to 2 wheel drive it would change back to 4x4 on it own. I took it to a dealership in the AM where they told me the truck was in sorry mechanical shape and unplugged the transfer case so I could drive it home. 100 miles from home and driving in the dark the charging system failed, my lights finally dimmed to the point of being unable to see and I rolled into my driveway with the the engine threatening to die (8 volts). Ok....the transmission is shot, the transfer case is shot, the electrical system has major trouble, the limited slip rear end needs a rebuild, the charging system had two batteries, one for a truck and one for a honda civic (yes a honda civic), both back tires are completely bald and the right front had a slow leak, the spare tire is for a 2009 ford F250 not a 2006 dodge 2500 and on and on and on......I'll have 30,000 into this truck before its road worthy. For small town folks that seemed so honest they were quite dishonest......really dishonest. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these xxxxxxxx.
