I dealt with Dave. Great guy awesome person. Straight shooter. We should call him straight dave! Didn't push me or anything for credit app. Waited until we decided we wanted the car. Just good business straight up, didn't hide anything or pull anything out last minute. Finace guy was just as great. I actually agreed to a price and he co tined to get $750 in extra savings! I ended up buying a vehicle that was well priced so I ended up walking away with a deal. Doesn't happen often thse days. I will be buying another used truck soon and will wait until these guys get something in stock to do it. Best car buying experience I have ever had. But I was a well informed buyer that knew what they wanted. Put those two elements together me + straight dave = deal done. Lol. If you can't tell yet I enjoyed it.

Be careful what tires are on your vehicle when you purchase a vehicle here. I bought a brand new 2023 Rogue SV Sport here for close to $40,000. This rogue has a governor on the accelerator, so you can't go too fast really quickly. I do not speed around or beat up my car. I drive for amazon. After 20,000 miles, my factory tires are not even 14 months old after purchase. I need new tires already. I spoke to my sales rep, the service rep, and the service manager. They told me there was no warranty on the factory tires and told me to call consumer affairs for nissan. I shouldn't have to do this on a brand new car. The bottom line is if you're going to buy a car here, I guess you should be expecting them to take advantage of you, because that's how I feel about my experience. Needless to say, I won't be buying another vehicle here after feeling like this. It's ridiculous to need new tires and spending 1,000 dollars on tires after 1 year on a brand new car and only 20,000 miles. Nissan was aware of this situation being a problem and them giving you poor tires on new factory vehicle. Unfortunately, they pretty much told me that was my problem. I had a great experience with my sales re the woman that sold me the car "Rhee". When I purchased the vehicle, everything was smooth and enjoyable and also a fast experience. So that made me comfortable with Nissan and was hoping to build a relationship here for future purchases. Unfortunately, this tire experience has changed my thoughts. If they are willing to practice poor standards on tires service knowing this, then what else would they be willing to not stand behind? ******Update******* Nissan responded to my reply here on the reviews but before my review noone at Nissan chose to help me. Nissan never even called me they sent text messages from a company phone number and I never even knew who I was speaking too. They never resolved my issue and honestly never even tried. Nissan Nielsen's customer service and management is obviously a joke. Like i said earlier becareful purchasing a vehicle here. I'll will actually be upgrading my vehicle very soon and I can can assure you where I won't be going again! It's like the old saying goes "Fool me once, Shame on you!".... I won't give them a second chance to take advantage of me again! Hopefully this review helps alot of people when making there decision, I'm glad it has had so many views since posting!

Do NOT Trust Them With Your Money: Worst Experience - Goffle Road Guy

I've bought or leased maybe 20 cars in the past 25 years between me, my wife and my kids' cars. Not all dealers are as good as you hope for, but these guys are WORSE than you can imagine. The car itself is great, but the dealer is the worst that I can image. They owed me money on a trade-in (car was worth more than the amount I was putting down on the new car), and I made the mistake of taking delivery of the new car and taking their word that they would mail me the check for the difference (several thousand dollars) in ten days. That taught me a lesson I will use every time going forward...if they owe YOU the money, wait until you have the CERTIFIED check in hand before you take delivery of the new car. Well, ten weeks later and I'm still waiting for my check. Lawsuit being filed, all because some guy thinks he will outlast me and I'll give in and not demand my money. They are mistaken. So you know, they are affiliated with Elite Nissan in Bergenfield and Infiniti of Englewood...Jeff Liebler is the contact at Infiniti of Englewood who apparently sits on the checks and will be dragged into this lawsuit. To summarize: There are lots of reputable dealers, DO NOT choose this one to deal with. You've been warned.

Bought a used car and it works fine. But when it came time to cancel our lifetime warranty, which was our plan originally to do after a year, the office and the dealer, David Hershey, have been avoiding us. There’s so much lying and incompetence when it comes to filing documents at this dealership that we’re very close to filing a lawsuit against them. Long story short, just don’t go here- it’ll cause you months of stress and headache as well as wasting of your money.
