I bought my Lexus Nx 300 from Lexus of Edison in 2021. I have not been to any other dealership for service, and I spent so much money there over the past 3 years. I am usually treated with care but this last time has been a nightmare! I accidentally hit a raccoon in their loaner, causing bumper damage, while my car was being serviced. When I returned their vehicle the service advisor Mohammed began to treat me unfairly. I provided my insurance if and then he claimed I MUST pay him my deductible before leaving and hounded me for it. He said to contact my insurance and they would tell me the same, and they did NOT! Now he calls and says my insurance company denied the claim but when I spoke to my insurance company they denied the claim because Lexus did not provide information requested! Now I’m to cover the cost because they did not do what they were supposed to do. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at this dealership, I spend too much money to go through this. I will never go there again, they lost a customer! If I could put negative stars I would.

Leased a RX350 and expected a painful experience as always with car dealerships, but actually it was as easy as I ever experienced in buying/leasing a car. It was due to a very professional, honest and incredibly helpful sales person JIM HA. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the lease, answered every question I had, and outright a nice decent person. I told him that anyone who wants a Lexus should see HIM and would be glad to refer them to him. Thank you JIM.And also Richard ( I called him the PROFESSOR) who tried and tried to teach me all the stuff in the car. Thank you Richard
