Leased a RX350 and expected a painful experience as always with car dealerships, but actually it was as easy as I ever experienced in buying/leasing a car. It was due to a very professional, honest and incredibly helpful sales person JIM HA. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the lease, answered every question I had, and outright a nice decent person.
