I have never met Brandy, but her hustle is noted and appreciated. She actually answered the phone and became an outstanding communication liaison for me (placing me on hold and walking over to the service counter and talking directly with them to get my questions answered, when I was unable to get through to them or a call back). No issues with the service team, they just seem to be always experiencing an "overwhelmed" moment. Brandy stepped up and stepped in when I needed some immediate answers. Contacting Service is almost impossible. My simple repair has been delayed indefinitely. No estimate of time or if they can repair a simple warranty issue. No call. No update. Just, We don't know if we can fix it or when. I assume because it's warranty, it feels like they are trying to manufacture a way to charge me. Bad service seems to be normalized here, The excuse given for such bad service is a half a year old. That's not a problem, that's not a bad employee, that's a choice to burn customers as a matter of course. Unprofessional dealership. Needs new management.
