Terrible service department. Will falsely diagnose your vehicle for a commission cash grab. They misdiagnosed my car 4 times & all of their techs/mechanics are extremely unqualif Will falsely diagnose your vehicle for a commission cash grab. They misdiagnosed my car 4 times & all of their techs/mechanics are extremely unqualified. Just skip the VW dealerships all together if you need work done, they charge 3x the amount any other mechanic would & they do shotty work. Very frustrating & disappointing when you can’t even trust the manufacturers dealership. My first & last Volkswagen. Proceed with caution More

Molle Volkswagon has my vote for wonderful customer service and professional salesmanship - absolutely a pleasure to have purchased a 2023 VW Atlas Sport model there in less than 60 minutes. After multiple visits to various car dealerships in the KC area and while searching the internet with all the popular car buying sites, I literally stumbled on to the lot at Molle Volkswagen to look at their inventory. What a true blessing.Their inventory offered me several great options for a used Atlas, with affordable prices in comparison to other like vehicles. After my conversation with Mr. Hawkins, and with the assistance of Mr. Kevin Wilson, their Finance Manager I was provided with several alternatives to include buying and leasing. Mr. Hawkins and Mr. Wilson were very patient and provided me with answers to all of my questions. I can not say enough complimentary words as to their courtesy, professionalism and for their letting me drive the conversation rather than ‘push’ me toward a hasty decision. I appreciated Mr. Hawkins thoroughly explaining all the features on the various Atlases; as well as the various options for purchasing and leasing. His candidness and commitment to the buyer rather than to the ‘sale’ was a breath of fresh air. What was even more impressive was I spent about 60 minutes at the dealership and without a doubt, felt comfortable in my purchase of a new VW Atlas and with Mr. Hawkins and Mr. Wilson. This service dept. is Awesome!! They are courteous, timely, and efficient. I live out of town visiting my parents, who live approx 1 hour from Molle's. Upon driving my parents car I heard an odd nois timely, and efficient. I live out of town visiting my parents, who live approx 1 hour from Molle's. Upon driving my parents car I heard an odd noise. I called to see if Molle's could take a look at it. They did a thorough inspection. Didn't find anything, didn't charge me either👍😃. Must have been some dirt in wheels! No problems afterwards. Service staff I usually only go to Molle for service issues. Every time I go Nate and his staff, particularly Gina Urick, are courteous, helpful and efficient.
