Mo walked us through everything and we told him what our parameters were and he worked diligently with finance to make our dream come true. Even though Mo is fairly new too the industry, I guarantee he has a bright future. He is caring,knowledgeable and knows how to talk with people. Great customer service. I had called in to set up an appointment to bring my car in for an oil change but had a last minute meeting pop up and when I had called in I was offered a pickup option where they come to my home and pick up my car and then bring it back when the service was over and it saved me at least 3 hours. there is another service center closer to my home however Pettus Ford De Soto is of a higher quality and I 100% recommend

After trying to talk with two other Chevy dealerships, I found the Max Motors dealership to be responsive, honest, and helpful. I was reluctant at first as one dealership closer to me did not allow me to view the two Chevy Trax vehicles, they just sold, another nearby dealership tried to get me to put a deposit down on something they didn't even have paperwork on nor could they tell me what it came with. This is why I was grateful for the honesty, and integrity displayed by Max Motors in making me aware of my options, allowing me to not only look at, but also drive the Chevy Trax. I am thrilled with my experience at Max Motors of Nevada Mo. I would recommend talking with them first before wasting your time with any other dealership. They listen, they question, and they presented solutions to my current vehicle needs. Thank you Jeremiah and Zach for your help.

We were very pleased with our second purchase here . The ownership has changed, but the laid back, low pressure business style has not. Cody was a very good salesman, who knew the vehicle, but was not high pressure which I appreciate very much! We had looked around on-line and knew what they had on their lot, and knew it was about a thousand dollars less than other dealerships. That is a thousand dollars in my pocket and that makes me happy. So far we love our Ranger and look forward to dealing with Smithville Ford when we are ready to trade another vehicle.
