My car buying experience was smoothly and painless. I called up to inquire about a 2014 Chevy Spark they had in the used car lot. It was early in the morning when I called. I told them I would be driving up from Kansas City, Missouri. The sales team they woud have the car ready for me when I arrived later in the afternoon. When I arrived it was out front ready for a test drive. After my test drive the sales team answered all my questions I had of the car. They were able to show me all the bells and whistles the car had as well. The car buying experience went smoothly. I had a no hassle buying experience. Buying a car was easy and painless. I would recommend shopping here if your looking for a car or truck.

After trying to talk with two other Chevy dealerships, I found the Max Motors dealership to be responsive, honest, and helpful. I was reluctant at first as one dealership closer to me did not allow me to view the two Chevy Trax vehicles, they just sold, another nearby dealership tried to get me to put a deposit down on something they didn't even have paperwork on nor could they tell me what it came with. This is why I was grateful for the honesty, and integrity displayed by Max Motors in making me aware of my options, allowing me to not only look at, but also drive the Chevy Trax. I am thrilled with my experience at Max Motors of Nevada Mo. I would recommend talking with them first before wasting your time with any other dealership. I gotta say.. we were really worried about our car situation and I really wanted my wife to get into something new with a good warranty. Something reliable since she drives my kids around. My wife’s only time off to look was Saturday. We got there at noon and the Ice was supposed to drop at 2. Andy and Brian N both came through in the Nickerson of time. Got us home by 2:30 to park the car and wait the storm out. Now I don’t have to worry about my wife getting to work safe. I will be coming back when I’m ready to get another.

I brought my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation, Multi-point inspection. Bill Holiday went over what was due on my vehicle and was very informative. I waited for my vehicle and within 90 minutes got my vehicle back Washed and Vacuumed!! This was awesome. The waiting room was very nice, great snacks and coffee. While there I got to talk to the service manager Jeff Confer. Very classy guy and very experienced. We chatted and got to know his extensive back ground with Nissan.
