I had a not so good experience the first time I was there. I called and talked to someone there. I was not rude I came from customer service 40 years. I just wanted someone to hear me and maybe the next person wouldn’t have the same experience. I have always gone to the dealership with my car the next dealership was a lot farther. I thought I would give them another shot. The last two times I bought my vehicle in they were fantastic. The young man at the service desk remembers me and is always so polite and friendly. He won me back and I am so happy that I returned. They take very good care of me and I trust them. That is a very big deal for me to feel comfortable and trusting

If he didn't know the answer right away he was able to look it up. With the low interest rate it was a great time to buy. He made sure the vehicle was cleaned well for me. I've done business with this dealership for 13 years .find them very accommodating, but when I purchased the corsair i was under the impression that I would have the car fully up to date as to oil changes, in fluid levels, an the full inspection, but I haven't heard yet if this is actually going to happen? Oil change date on window sticker shows close to due.

Silvia and I would like to personally "thank" Kayla Janachovsky for her attention to detail, sense of humor, and kindness in making the deal a very pleasurable experience. Also, a big "thanks" to the Finance Officer, Carter Iverson as well. His help in working with our financial institution in a different state, ensured a complete deal was made within 1 hour. We took our car to get detailed inside and outside and they did fantastic ! They even took out our weather tech mats and cleaned them. The car smelled just like new when I got in it and so clean! Took to someone else before and I will never go back there. Only this dealership now and they were very reasonable!

As a Ford tech with another dealer, I knew exactly what I wanted and was looking for before ever stepping foot in the dealer along with what additional products I was looking for. Aliesha never pressured us into purchasing anything beyond what we asked for and was super easy to work with. She even called us prior to arriving to let us know of a small cosmetic flaw with the vehicle so we didn’t waste a couple hours of driving. Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I have had! Highly recommend Aliesha !
