I had a great experience working with Cherif as I was trying to figure out what to do for my next vehicle. I’ve been telling people that we have been “courting” since July before I made the final decision to purchase at the end of November. Cherif was very patient with me as other things took priority over me purchasing a car. I never felt pressured. He would send gentle check ins just to see if I was still looking while working with me to purchase within my budget. I am in one of the most trusted professions, but I do not know much about purchasing cars. I help educate people about various aspects of their health so they are knowledgable about what is going on with their bodies. She was so nice, thoughtful and above all honest about what our options were and what was realistic which was really refreshing. I had my Honda in for repairs covered under warranty. The service manager set me up with a loaner car when a part had to be ordered so that the repairs could be completed after the part arrived. I was very grateful to have a car to use and to get the repair done in a timely manner. While my car was there, service also went ahead and did the oil change and tire rotation so I would not have to come back.

Working with the team at Thelen Honda has been the best car buying experience I've ever had! I had come to MI for a couple days to visit family and wanted to see about trading in my parents' leased Accord for a new vehicle. On Friday, Garrett was fantastic helped me coordinate quotes and getting everything prepped via email so that we'd be ready when we came to test drive vehicles the next day. On Saturday, even though the dealership was busy and he was the only manager on duty, Patrick took the time to handle our trade-in, set us up with a great deal, coordinate the lease financing, and manage all of the paperwork to get us in the new Passport that day! It meant the world to me that we were able to get my parents into such a great vehicle, on a weekend, with such care and attention... and that I could head home that Sunday with everything taken care of. The care and hospitality that Garrett and Patrick showed our family has truly made us customers of Thelen for life!
