Just want to write a review regarding the great customer service I received at Sullivan Brothers Toyota today. I went to the dealer because i needed a service done under warranty. I had an appointment but when I arrived at the dealership I was told it would be an hour wait. Needless to say, I was a little upset due to the fact that I drove 40 minutes from my house to come to the dealer. In any event, I asked to speak to the service manager to see if he or she would be able to help me out with getting the service done sooner than one hour. I was able to speak with Dave Bellando who was kind enough to help me get the part I needed under warranty and had a parts employee Jimi Sousec install it for me very quickly! Thank you Dave and Jimi for helping me out today! Your help was much appreciated!

I had an excellent experience purchasing a used car from Koch Toyota. I test drove and purchased in under 2 hours with absolutely no pressure and perfect attentiveness. Everton Gomes was my sales man and he was fantastic. He went over the car, listened to my needs, and was never pushy or trying to upsell. I also had a quick wait and awesome experience in the finance department with Mike Jandrew. I would definitely purchase from Everton again.

I’m working 6 years by my self doing hard working construction and trying talking care my wife 56old, I try save every penny for give my wife nice gift car, but route 44 Toyota sold RAV4 2019 (36,500 miles) 34k for my wife It doesn't cost me cost 28k, my wife go back dealer after 6 months, They traded her a car Volkswagen Tague 2018 (56.468) cost 15,000 And to make matters worse, Routa44 gave my wife a car that is in someone else's name, we can not register car because they never give my wife title Marlon Jones told my wife he was trading her car for a Porsche.It's been over 14 months that I've been struggling with this Dealership to be able to resolve it.My wife had a complicated surgery and can't walk and asked them to give me another car and they said I should buy another car. If I wanted. I do not recommend this car dealer because they are fraudulent liars Scammer. This dealer route 44 Toyota try screwed my family 34 thousand dollars

I recently had a frustrating and disappointing experience at this dealership, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. First, they promised me a $400 discount over the phone, which led me to drive an hour to their location. However, when I arrived, they added an unexpected condition that the discount would only apply if I financed through them. I explained that I already had financing secured through my bank and just wanted the best price they could offer. If they could give me a discount for financing through them, they should be able to offer the same discount regardless of my financing choice. Unfortunately, things only got worse when I dealt with one of the salespeople, Colin McMahon. From the moment I spoke with him, his attitude was dismissive and condescending, which felt racially biased. As a person of color, I felt that he made assumptions about me, as though I didn’t know how financing worked or couldn’t understand the details. He spoke down to me, explaining simple concepts in a patronizing way, which was insulting and unnecessary. Colin’s behavior made me feel like he didn’t take me seriously as a customer. At one point, he even smirked, as though he thought I wouldn’t recognize the poor deal he was offering. It was obvious he didn’t expect me to negotiate or ask questions, which made me feel like he was judging me based on my background. The following day, he continued to text me, pushing for updates on my bank’s financing rate, which felt aggressive and unwelcome. His demeanor seemed to fit a typical “pushy salesperson” stereotype, but with an undertone that felt racially charged. Overall, I left the dealership feeling disrespected and misled. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest and fair experience, and I would especially warn people of color to be cautious about dealing with Colin McMahon if they don’t want to experience the same type of treatment. Don't go to this dealership, rather give your business to some polite and professional people elsewhere. Stay away.

Jeffrey Guzman did a great job fixing my check engine light even though my Highlander was a couple of weeks out of warranty. Very satisfied with the whole process.
