I can’t see myself going to any other dealership. I bought many cars from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. Five Accords, and 5 Pilots. All through my Salesman Homero Lima. I have interacted with a fair number of the staff, and I am proud to be associated with them all. I speak with the General Manager Scott Birtles each time I visit the dealership, whether for Sales or Service. I believe the staff there to be the most Professional, Knowledgable, Kind, and Friendly of any dealership I’ve been to prior to my first car purchase at Honda of Seekonk. Scott has a great crew. Their consistency is hard to describe as anything but remarkable. All of my purchases have been Seamless. I can’t say enough about the sharpness, and quality of Homero’s work. As I’ve said, “I can’t see myself going to any other dealership”.

Although we weren’t able to work out a deal, it had nothing to do with the dealership or the sales team. My personal and financial situation simply made it the wrong time for me to move forward. Rob was incredibly understanding and respectful of my circumstances. Rather than continuing to push for a sale, he reassured me that the decision was entirely mine and that he wouldn’t want me to make a purchase I wasn’t comfortable with. That level of honesty, understanding, and genuine customer care really stood out to me and made the entire experience a positive one. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a new or used car here. I recently bought a new car here and it was the worst buying experience of my life. They lived up to the sleazy car salesman stereotype which was to be expected, but what was not expected and extremely frustrating was the gross incompetence throughout the process. They initially showed me the wrong price for the car, so we wasted time negotiating that. They quoted me a very low price to add a trailer hitch that they corrected at the end, but in the meantime, we were once again negotiating on false information. When I went to pick up the car, the cargo mat that I paid for was for a different car so that had to be delivered later. And finally, they put down a different address on the title. Fortunately, it was sent to my neighbor a block away, but I'll have pay a fee and work with RMV to correct that. All n all, I do not wish this experience on anyone else, so I hope this review will we save at least one person from this establishment.
