Although we weren’t able to work out a deal, it had nothing to do with the dealership or the sales team. My personal and financial situation simply made it the wrong time for me to move forward. Rob was incredibly understanding and respectful of my circumstances. Rather than continuing to push for a sale, he reassured me that the decision was entirely mine and that he wouldn’t want me to make a purchase I wasn’t comfortable with. That level of honesty, understanding, and genuine customer care really stood out to me and made the entire experience a positive one. I highly recommend Rob at Honda of Plymouth to anyone looking for a new, reliable Honda and a sales experience that puts the customer first. Buying a car is a big decision, and it’s refreshing to work with someone who understands that and respects your situation. I may not have driven away in a new Honda this time, but when I’m ready to pull the trigger, I’ll absolutely be circling back to Rob and Honda of Plymouth! More
