I contacted Lia due to a recommendation from my local mechanics. I was connected with Joe Dubuc. Joe immediately said he could help with my situation. He was able to get backordered parts much quicker than I was told by another dealer it would take. He gave me a written quote and followed up with me several times prior to my service date. The day of the service, the repair was completed ahead of schedule and for the original quote, which I was told by others, should have been much more expensive. The whole experience was great and Joe was a true professional!

The truck I wanted, at the price I wanted, with the financing and protection I wanted. 7 years ago, Gerry Good and Jack Hart found a truck and financing that fit my needs and budget. That truck got totaled at 220,000 miles, but John Fernandez and the service team kept that truck so well maintained that my insurance paid full retail. So there was no question where I would buy my next truck. John and Gerry helped me figure out what I really wanted this time and Gerry located it for the price I wanted,. Not only did Jack put a financing package together that accomplished what I asked for, but he tailored my new protection plans to fit what IGood Brothers knew I put my old truck through.

Fantastic dealership! I now own my second Ram 1500 Limited and love it. A while back I had a significant at fault accident and damaged the left front of the truck. This became a costly and difficult repair. Matthew in the body shop always kept me informed along the way. The time it took to complete the repair was quite long. This was no fault of Priority as they are experiencing supply chain issues. I assured them that as long as I was kept aware of the progress I was not going to be unhappy with them. They were very concerned that I know they are working diligently to make it factory new. I could not be happier. It looks and drives like day one! I will be a lifetime customer and actually drive past a Ram dealer to shop from them!
