A new Fob was ordered, then programmed . As soon as leaving dealer, the vehicle reported no key in car. After shutting off, car will not start or accept being jumped. Service department is b More

My rep was Nicole Britton. Fob was replaced but I am now told problem is/was ignition itself. Back log of work means problem unlikely to fixed soon. Thus no use of jeep.
