We live a fair way from the dealership and our salesman James went out of his way to get everything ready for us remotely. It only took a few minutes to sign some paperwork in person and drive off with the car! Our son also left his stuffed animal there and James mailed it to us free of charge. He went above and beyond. This is the third dealership I've bought a MINI from, and hands-down they're the best.
