I ordered a 2025 NX 350h. In a beautiful bronze color. I was always kept up to date on the status of the car and delivery date. When it arrived Tim notified me and set up a convenient time for the sale to take place. That day went very smoothly…all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. I received lots of information and instructions on the new features and I felt confident to drive away! Love the car. I know that if I have questions or need further help with the features I can call and make an appointment.

I live close to 8 hours away from the dealership, so I was a little hesitant about doing a deal from that far away; however, Dorian and the team made this a very easy process. They were willing to deliver the vehicle right to me and pick up my trade. Pricing was far more competitive than dealers closer to me, and they paid a high value for my trade. From start to finish, I never felt pressured, and I received timely answers throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend Macdonald Motors and would definitely shop here again in the future!

We just bought a 2021 RAV4 which is my first Toyota vehicle ever. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Crocker. I really loved his laid back and relaxed personality which was perfect for my endless questions and lack of experience with buying a new vehicle. He was very patient and friendly and never made me feel bad for any difficulties I may have had in the process. I love our new RAV4 already, and I will ask to use him again for any future trade-ins or new purchases.

I just purchased a 2021 Subaru Outback at Darlings. My daughter and I had just left another dealer lot, where no one had even approached us. We got out at Darling's and within 2 minutes, Geno Dietrich greeted us with the warmest and sincere handshake and hello. That down to earth friendliness led to the development of an honest exchange of information about cars and numerous other subjects, ending in a business deal which was a friendly and enjoyable experience. Geno understood what I wanted, took the trouble to drive to the detailing location to pick up the Subaru, which was just being prepped for the lot. It was clean, comfortable and beautiful. I really loved it after a little drive around the lot. At that point, Ethan entered to discuss the pricing and add a little spice to our discussions. My daughter and I left to have a discussion on our own, but called and left Geno a message later that evening. I had not expected it, but he called back from his home to insure me he had received my message. When we went in to complete paperwork a day later, we were introduced to Grace, another friendly, open individual, who was a pleasure to work with. She made that business of paperwork fun and easy. I truly enjoyed my buying experience at Darling's. Geno made it all like communicating with a new friend, and though it was business, he made it really enjoyable.
