Hello, This was a great moment where I was buying new car. The moment which was filled with excitement, joy and happiness for what was about to happen which is to have a 2024 Hyundai Tucson. Here is what was interesting in this process it started just around 11:00 AM, I called RAY SKILLMAN AVON Hyundai and few seconds later a very professional G.S.A responded and transferred my call to someone who can help me…and guess what, JOSH is the person who assisted me via call, explain everything and I am sure he responded all my questions I was asking to the rate of 80% then the remain 20% I got it when I met with KENDALL who was there with me for testing the car, and for documentations and then she explained every single function of the car so that I can be aware and familiar with this brand new car Operations which were very different from what I was used to with the old car. I’ve been coming for service there for 13 years but yet I was still charged a ridiculous price for diagnostics on a trailer towing issue. I wasn’t asking to fix it but just disconnect it. When is enough enough? I don’t want anyone else working on my truck but I am not trying to give away money either.
