Last week my 14 month old RAV4 Hybrid battery died in my garage... so dead that I could not jump it my self. Toyota Assist rescued me long enough until morning so that I could drive it to my dealer Jordan. Without an appointment they told me to get it in ASAP. They went above & beyond locating a battery and retrieving it from 90 miles away. By the end of that day it was installed. The shuttle service drove me home & back to Jordan as I needed. This is the first time I needed the shuttle and the first time my visit wasn't just routine maintenance. I felt listened to and completely accommodated. Several service associate in many positions checked in with me. Excellent attention even though they were quite busy. Issue resolved.
