He was very pleasant to work with and helped with all of my questions. We ended up hammering out a deal 5 days ago and I took my car home that night. He has continued to help me even after my purchase with questions and a concern I had. 10 out of 10 would recommend him for salesman of the year. Now nobody returns my calls. Nobody has reached out to me to let me know what’s going on. I bought a truck I can’t drive because no one here cares.

I leased my 2025 Toyota Camry LE through Bob Hearn at Wyler Indiana at end of August 2024. Bob is outstanding! in his professionalism, assistance and care through the whole experience. This is my 4th Toyota, 3 have been leased through Wyler Indiana, very satisfied with all these vehicles, my wife loves them too! Salesmen like Bob will keep me coming back. Thanks to all members at Wyler Indiana who assisted and reached out to me to address any concerns I had. A big shout out to Gene Post, Sales Coach at Wyler for his assistance and follow-up as well. I would have appreciated more assistance getting the car back to Louisville, but I understand the transaction was completed over the weekend and availability at Dealership was limited. Gates Toyota I am a car consultant and people hire me to buy or sell their vehicles. I have been doing this for 45 years. My background is asset management. During my nationwide search for a Prius I came across one in South Bend Indiana. Our salesman was Mike Gray , a young man who went the extra 10 % to achiveve the sale. After I had the car inspected by Lemon Squad , I gave the report to Mike, ,which stated it was in need of new tires. With out hesitation he went and got approval for 4 new tires. I will always keep my eye on Mike as he travels through the car industry. Very wholesome and honest.

I found Craig’s because a new Tacoma deal at another dealership fell through (they sold it the evening before I was supposed buy it). Craig’s had the same Tacoma so I went to them. I am so glad I found Craig’s, everyone I came in contact with were straight shooters Rodney Tarter, Tim Breston and Andy Craig. I have never had such a straight forward with no hidden engenda’s easy sincere transaction with any other dealership. I enjoyed everyone I came in contact with. I work hard for my money and I want to like who I do business with. I’ll not be going to any other dealerships because I appreciate the no “xx” attitude and kindness I get from Craig’s. I can’t express how much I enjoyed buying doing business with Rodney Tarter, Tim Breston and Andy Craig. This is the way it should be. I feel very lucky I found Craig’s and am so glad I have found a dealership that I trust and want to do business with. Never liked any other dealership before I found Craig’s.
