My brother is a Toyota employee, so I am able to get the VSPP discount. I reached out to Andy Mohr to see if they honored that discount, because some dealerships don't. Brittany responded and told me that she didn't know if they honored and that she would have her sales manager reach out to me. That is totally acceptable; however, keep in mind, Andy Mohr, that time is money. I waited for a day and didn't hear from anyone. Meanwhile, I have other dealerships reaching out because they actually WANT to sell a vehicle. Brittany reached out to me AGAIN, asking me if I was still interested in a new vehicle. I told her that I was waiting on her sales manager to contact me, since that's what she told me she was going to do. Her response was, oh, yes, I'll have her do that when she has the chance... Two days later, I had a fantastic experience at Ed Martin in Noblesville and purchased a brand new, loaded AWD Camry XSE. Fast forward about three weeks, and I received a text from someone who didn't even identify themselves or who they were with, and who spelled my name wrong (details matter!), asking if I was still interested in buying a car and trading my vehicle. I had to ask who it was, and it was Brittany. I decided not to waste my time responding to her and decided to call her manager- the one who was supposed to call me in the first place. I called Andy Mohr today and told "manager" Stephanie what happened. I did this to provide feedback about my experience, so maybe she could train her employees on how to actually sell a vehicle and how to hang on to customers who will return for years to come, but, keep in mind, the sales manager was the person who couldn't bother to call me in the first place. I don't know if Brittany didn't give her the message, but based on Stephanie's flippant response to my call, I'm going to guess that it's simply a matter of not caring. All she had to say was, thanks for letting me know about that. The end. I guess apologies for bad service aren't a thing at Andy Mohr. When I told my story (minus the part about the phone call I just made) about my experience with Andy Mohr to friends, some of them also had stories regarding their awful experiences at various Andy Mohr dealerships. So, maybe it's just a brand problem. I will make sure that anyone I know who is looking to buy a new car hears about my experience and proceeds with caution. NEVER go to Andy Mohr if you want to feel valued as a customer! More
Everyone was great until I found unauthorized charges when questioning the total charges. You get no papers, they are given to you on a computer drive and mine was blank. I was charged for a Ziebart pack when questioning the total charges. You get no papers, they are given to you on a computer drive and mine was blank. I was charged for a Ziebart package which the car sticker said was included and which was also verified by my salesman, Thomas Porter. There was also a sticker on the window saying the car had already been treated which it actually hadn't been. There's a certain window in which you have to take the car to Ziebart and had I not been asking questions, I would have missed the window and lost my money. The dealership will say nothing but "you signed the contract" which actually is electronically added to all papers by the finance dept. I had someone with me that day that also says I didn't authorize this plan and Ziebart says it's typically included in the price of the car. Upon filing a complaint with the Toyota Corporate Office, I was later sent an email that I had to resolve it with the dealership and their less than friendly "manager" Stephanie wouldn't even allow me to talk without cutting me off. BEWARE of their less than honest practices and don't trust finance. More

Unprofessional management and poor service. Went for a service job scheduled my appointment a week in advance and called the day before to make sure everything was OK before going in. I dropped Went for a service job scheduled my appointment a week in advance and called the day before to make sure everything was OK before going in. I dropped my car off speaking with service helper named Nerri. Explained to me it was no problem and would take only 2 hours. He mentioned to me that they were apparently 6 cars behind. I said no worries just call me when its ready. I waited 2 hours and got the call to be told they made a mistake. The part ordered for service was never ordered somehow even tho before the appointment it was checked in inventory and green lighted. I demanded to speak to a manger, and was put on hold to be hung up on and then texted that they'll call me shortly. As im on my way to retrieve my vehicle the manger tells me " so we have this story " , but this is no story and this is not a manger who is doing thier job. As they crash out on me on the phone and ask me " what do you want me to do here." This shop is a joke , this was my second experience of using them in 6 months time. The first time was an oil change on my 2004 highlander. There was a 2025 grand highlander had the same thing done parked next to mine. As the owner drove out I watched 6 or more quarts of oil spill out the forgotten drain plug and watched them drive out and down the street. Should have never came back but sadly I did. Stay away from this stealership and thier Unprofessional service station unless you want to pay thousands in repairs or have your vehicle held against you. More
I visited the dealer a few days before Halloween. I liked a car, and a sales representative named Jeff Velasquez offered a 2025 RAV 4 Limited for $38,000. I was still undecided about the deal. I fina I liked a car, and a sales representative named Jeff Velasquez offered a 2025 RAV 4 Limited for $38,000. I was still undecided about the deal. I finally had a day off yesterday, Veterans Day. I called and got confirmation that the price was still the same. I went in to test the car and wanted to trade in my car as part of the purchase. They offered a very low price for my trade-in until I showed them the report from CarMax. They raised the offer a bit and explained the tax implications before and after the trade. I was aware of how it worked. Then they raised the price further. What a rip-off. You don't want to waste your time with this sales representative or his manager, who tried to convince me to come in for a test drive and made me wait. It was a complete waste of time. Their customer service is very poor, and they blatantly BIG LIED to customers like me. More
At first I thought this was a great place to go but then… nothing but issues. I thought a used KIA from the Andy Mohr Toyota location - it had outstanding service recalls on it. The AC was not functionin nothing but issues. I thought a used KIA from the Andy Mohr Toyota location - it had outstanding service recalls on it. The AC was not functioning properly - They refused to fix it and honor the listed price on the vehicle. They “met me in the middle” and took about $700 off the price but would not inspect or diagnose the issue without me paying THOUSANDS more than the listed price. In desperate need of a vehicle, I agreed to that. I took my vehicle to a local KIA dealership where they fixed both recalls and gave me a full inspection of the car - Not only did the AC need over $1000 worth of work, the cabin air filter was filthy, the oil filter was barely attached and leaking, the drive belt needs replaced… I am just absolutely disgusted with the outcome of this vehicle. The salesman acted bored the entire time bc I wasn’t buying a brand new Toyota - He didn’t know anything about the vehicle. And the service department clearly isn’t willing to help. I love my KIA and bc of this will NEVER shop at an Andy Mohr location, nor will I ever buy a Toyota. More
