Although there were some minor issues due to communication problems, after communicating with the sales team and their management, they proactively helped me resolve the issues. They are not the kind of dealership that once you complete the transaction, they are no longer responsible. They are very responsible, transparent about the condition of the car, reasonable in pricing, and efficient. If I need to replace my car next time, I will still choose them

My wife and I bought a new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek from Jeff Schade at Grand Subaru. Jeff was fantastic taking us through the test drive, explaining all of the many features and settings, and answering all of our questions about the safety and performance details. All of the staff were friendly. The Subaru cars are plentiful. Jeff stayed late to make sure everything closed properly and we were happily driving off the lot. The dealership itself is very clean and comfortable. I would recommend Grand Subaru to friends and family. I'm writing this several days after this experience. I have no regrets and feel fully informed to about this new car as I work my way through the manual.
