This place used to be good (past tense). Not sure what happened lately, everything seems to go downhill, internet sales is completely rude and hangs up on people. Finance doesn't respond to emails. They only seem to care when it's time to purchase a vehicle or when your lease is up. I had several options to buy out my lease with other dealers and decided to do business here since I was a loyal customer to the dealership, that was the biggest mistake I ever made when it came to choosing dealers to do business with. I decided to take my business elsewhere due to the fact of extremely poor customer service from the whole dealership, from internet sales, finance and even management, they don't care about any customer, all they care about is making money and when you have an issue, it seems like you're bothering them. Look elsewhere besides this dealer to spend your money on.

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!
