My parents first met him when they stopped by McGrath Acura to check out Integras before bringing me in, and they immediately felt ever worked with. He took my mom and me on a test drive, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process feel relaxed instead of stressful. What stood out most was how respectful and patient he was with my dad, who has a very thick Polish accent and can sometimes be difficult for people to understand. Mark never seemed frustrated and always made sure everyone felt heard.
