Sales person Shawn was pretty upfront and pleasant to work with, allowing me to do almost everything through email before coming in to finalize. I would work with Shawn again. He was friendly at first, but as soon as we were upfront about not being interested in additional products, especially any extended warranties, his demeanor changed. He was sarcastic and rude, saying "so you know every single thing covered under warranty? You can tell me what's covered and what's not?". I just wasn't going to purchase an extended warranty - I was still buying the car. He barely said a word after I told him not interested in any warranty products. Ask for a different finance manager. More

Never been so screwed over! !!! The car was a little over 46000 I had a 10500 trade agreed to buy at 365000. I put an additional 7000 down and magically financed 36500. The car p !!! The car was a little over 46000 I had a 10500 trade agreed to buy at 365000. I put an additional 7000 down and magically financed 36500. The car price increased to over 50564 my trade made it 40064. With tax the total came to 43499 take off my 7000 and I financed 36499. You xxxxed me out of 7000! Jesus Christ how the xxxx do you sleep at night! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! Sky was great and very patient during this whole process. I started looking back in May and then decided to take a break over the summer.
