He was friendly at first, but as soon as we were upfront about not being interested in additional products, especially any extended warranties, his demeanor changed. He was sarcastic and rude, saying "so you know every single thing covered under warranty? You can tell me what's covered and what's not?". I just wasn't going to purchase an extended warranty - I was still buying the car. He barely said a word after I told him not interested in any warranty products. Ask for a different finance manager.
