They promise to call back, and never do. You can't get ahold of a manager if you try. Awful experience. Brand new car has major issue and they don't even care - out of sight, out of mind. We have been very nice and understanding trying to fix this issue with a brand new car, but they haven't done a single thing they have promised to help us resolve the issue. Lip service and lies. Had we known this, we would have purchased from another Lexus dealership. RUN!!

Leanna Homyak was amazing to work with on my first time purchase as well as helping with a warranty request. Andy Pak, my service advisor was great to work with on the repair and offered a loaner due to the extended time it would take to finish the work. This has been the best experience I’ve had at any dealerships that I have worked with. I would highly recommend McGrath Lexus of Chicago to anyone who is interested in buying a Lexus as well as their top notch service department.
