Our dealership is located on the corner of Riverside and Perryville in Loves Park IL, conveniently near I-90. If you’re considering buying from out of state, these are your guys! And if they can make an 8-hour-away customer feel this taken care of, I can only imagine the service you’ll receive if you’re local. Top-tier customer service from beginning to end! We started everything through email, and within ONE DAY, Eric and Ben had me approved, the deal worked out, and my paperwork ready and waiting for me after my 8-hour drive from Mississippi. When I arrived, I spent about 15 minutes in the dealership and I was DONE! No hours of sitting around, no last-minute surprises, and no unnecessary back-and-forth. Everything we discussed beforehand was exactly what I walked into. They made buying a vehicle from another state unbelievably smooth and made that 8-hour drive VERY worth it! Best 8-hour drive for the best 15 minutes I’ve ever spent at a dealership! 😂 Thank you, Eric and Ben! You guys were amazing. Over the past 50+ years I have lost track on the actual number of new vehicles I have purchased from numerous local dealerships but the last 6 new vehicles where purchased from what I have experienced is t number of new vehicles I have purchased from numerous local dealerships but the last 6 new vehicles where purchased from what I have experienced is the best of them all. That dealership is Lexus of Rockford. This dealership continues to exceeded my expectations with regards to the overall buying experience, sales and new vehicle delivery.
