Absolutely amazing place to buy a car. Amir was our sales rep and he was absolutely the best car salesman I have ever worked with (and I have worked with a lot over the last 4 years)! Joe in financing was amazing! They worked with me to get the price I wanted, financing that was better than I expected and I drove away with the car I came for. I highly recommend checking out Infiniti of Naperville if you are looking for a car. The whole staff was friendly and no one was pushy. A totally refreshing experience! PLUS they had coffee, tea, water and fresh cookies!

Hello everyone, I would just like to comment on my experience at Motorwerks of Barrington. My personal experience was great. The sales team was both friendly and helpful. I purchased a Genesis GV80 3.5T SUV of which I am very pleased with and am looking forward to working again with this professional sales team. My salesperson was none other than Mr. Ralph Ibarra, he was knowledgeable, personable, friendly, patient, kind, and understanding. Those are qualities that you don’t usually expect when dealing with car salespersons. I am glad that I had the privilege of working with him. I had a positive experience so far. I’m still waiting for a part to be ordered or delivered to them so they can fix it but so far they have been very good. I have had negative experiences here in the past but it seems they have gotten better the last few years especially in the service dept.
