I purchased a used BMW on 08/01/2026 from the dealership and the vehicle appeared very nice and was serviced by them thoroughly. Upon leaving the dealership the belly pan and wheel well liner flew off the and the vehicle appeared very nice and was serviced by them thoroughly. Upon leaving the dealership the belly pan and wheel well liner flew off the car and one part was dragging . Our salesman directed us to Firestone since the service dept was closing in 30 min. Once at Firestone the dealership had given direction to remove the belly pan completely and that they would pay to have the pieces replaced and reinstalled once we got it back to the xx.louis area where we live. Since we have had the car back home I have reached out to my salesperson Ali and after 6 emails and the estimate of $600 sent over to him i have had no response. Firsestone said that when the dealership did the oil change it appears the technician was to lazy to attatch the belly pan and wheel liner with all the correct screws in order to secure them. I suggest double checking any serviced vehicle you purchase from Infiniti of Clarendon Hills before you pull off the lot before you end up like i did and having to pay out of pocket for a repair and then being ghosted by your salesman Ali. More

Originally I had arranged to complete the purchase of my QX50 on the day a big storm which would have made traveling to the dealership dangerous hit the area and had to cancel my appointment. On my rescheduled date, traffic and a couple of highway accidents resulted in my arriving much later than planned.
