I traded in my Infinity and have been waiting for a refund from my extended warranty for 12 weeks. I've tried numerous times to reach someone in the finance dept. and the General Manager as well. They refund from my extended warranty for 12 weeks. I've tried numerous times to reach someone in the finance dept. and the General Manager as well. They never answer or return my messages. I guess they only respond if you are making a purchase! Jacob from finance said he did the paperwork and I signed the request for cancellation on 01-13-2026. He said I had to wait 6-8 weeks for the check. It has now been 12 weeks, and after researching the company and calling them myself I found out he never sent the paperwork in. I'm very disappointed and I want everyone to beware of the customer service not provided by this dealership. They don't show any interest in supporting their customers after the initial sale. Bad business! BEWARE. I'm forced to give 1 star to post this review, however, they don't even deserve that! More

Jimmy was great to work with. He had the car ready for me to view at our initial appointment and maintained great communication through the entire process. Jake was also helpful i He had the car ready for me to view at our initial appointment and maintained great communication through the entire process. Jake was also helpful in the finance area. He was honest and told me he couldn’t beat the rate I had. No numbers games. Everything was very transparent I gave four stars for the dealership mainly because of the detailing. It was used and I was not expecting perfection by any means. But obvious spots were missed (dust/crumbs, wrappers under the seat) which was frustrating). Exterior was cleaned up exceptionally well though. More
